The worse mattresses I have ever bought and the most expensive.
It feels a ridge down the middle of mattress.
Bought a mattress topper to see if it help but it has not.

My husband and I rarely suffered back pain before buying a tempur mattress. When we first received our mattress we were thrilled about how comfortable it actually was. When we slept away from home we longed to go home and sleep in our own bed. However over time, we have found that the mattress is actually causing us to wake up with excruciating back pain. It isn’t supportive at all. It is also a very hot mattress which doesn’t allow your body to breathe. I would never purchase a tempur Mattress again, so sad we wasted over $4000.

We've had this mattress for 3.5 years now. It is still the most comfortable mattress that we have ever slept on. There is no partner disturbance and it is a very supportive, yet soft mattress.

The only downside is that you can't use electric blankets, but I would never change to another mattress.

very expensive but worth having a good sleep. Very soft to sleep better than any other mattress! recommend to buy if it's affordable . Shop around for a competetive price

We purchased this very expensive mattress ($3000) last week and both my husband and I have woken up with excruciating back, shoulder and hip pain every morning! We called the store to see what our options were for refund or exchange and we were told to give it a couple more days and see how we feel. Our backs are feeling worse! I ended up moving onto the lounge last night and my husband ended sleeping in the spare room on a $200 mattress just to get a good night sleep. We had a latex mattress for 10 years and have slept on plenty hotel room beds yet never experienced anything like this before. We are so disappointed with this piece of rubbish and hope to God we can get a refund so that we can buy something usable! :(

I purchased my Tempur King size Cloud 21 mattress in December 2015 and wanted to wait 6 months before writing this review. Reading some negative reviews I was a little concerned but honestly this has been the best mattress I have slept on (previously I had a latex which I loved). This mattress is so supportive and extremely comfortable. I purchased the cloud as I prefer softer and it has exceeded my expectations. Yes they are expensive but I purchased at 50% off sale so very happy and would definitely recommend!

Waste of money, had the cloud 21 delivered this morning. It wasn't like the one I tried in downtown I opened it up to see what it was like on the inside no different to the 99 pound memory foam one I used to have sorry people your just paying for the name and nothing else. I called the store and now waiting on my deposit back they have picked the mattress up. Hell will be get loose if I don't get my money back. Don't waste your money buy a good firm mattress with a memory foam topper it will cost you less than half

Bought a Tempur Cloud 21 mattress in Jan 2014. It exacerbated my existing back problems and I had no choice but move into the spare room :( My wife is relatively happy with it. As it was so expensive we will have to wait until we can buy another bed and share the same room again.
Wife talking now. We really liked it at first but the longer you use it the more you sink in. The main problem I have with it is that during summer it seems to be not as firm and it makes turning over difficult. I wish we hadn't bought it.
