Expensive, bad service and advice.
I can't return unopened box of staff advised over medicine, my doctor corrected. Same product elsewhere is half the price.

Absolutely Rubbish
The e prescription app has been down at the Palmyra Store for 6 days I believe, I certainly would be changing IT consultants. To much emphasis on making money and expanding non on customer service and satisfaction typical of a monopoly.

Consistent bad service and attitude
Ever since Chem-Mart became Terry White, no matter which store I have been to the service has been
bad. Attitudes of people haven't changed during this pandemic, they have only become worse. Customers are treated as if a sub human species. I always avoid terry white as much as I can. If I need something from there because the usual chemist (always welcoming, polite, friendly and chatty) is closed, I'll ask some to go for me if they are going that way.

Professional and polite pharmacists
I found their pharmacists suprisely friendly, helpful, polite, caring and willing to help. They are good listeners and will give you as much informations needed. I found them pleasent, polite and honest. When they promised they will call you, they will. Prescriptions can be delivered to your home.

Booking a simple flu vaccine an terrible website is like pulling teeth
Not only are flu vaccines not available at half the locations, trying to book one on their website is a nightmare. Expect to spend about 30 mins searching for a suitable booking time out of the extremely limited options, on a website that moves at glacial speeds. Get your flu vax somewhere else!
RIP off flu shot - wont pay off in long term
Received flu shot at TWC - up $5.00 from last year - can clearly see their concern for the health and welfare of the community - but gee why not rip off our customers for a short term profit! The question they have to ask themselves - will we retain our customer loyalty - take a punt - you wont retain me.

Easy and did it in time. (Flu Shot)
Re the $20 charge for the flu shot: what’s your life worth Grumpy? You can wait for the government but even then some medicos are now charging pensioners for visits (eg Providence).

Still waiting
I went in to my local Terry White pharmacy on March 10th, had my flu shot for $19.95 and was told if I spent a total of over $20 I would get 400 bonus points to my rewards card, (yeah right).... I only spent not quite $20 with the flu shot so I made a few extra purchases to get me well over the $20 threshold, in fact my total came to over $60, so one would think that I certainly qualified to receive 400 bonus points (right) not the case, I have rang them twice in regards to my missing points and I am STILL WAITING, how hard can it be to apply ...
Read moremy promised points, they have all my details, looks like they have put me in their (too hard basket) and if that's the case then Terry White is in my (too hard basket to shop with them anymore), not impressed, if they weren't going to give me my 400 rewards points then why open your mouth and offer it and not getting my promised points is only just a string of mistakes they have made, second mistake was I handed in my script they did not have the product I was needing but they still charged me for the product even though I did NOT receive it and 3rd mistake was I had an appointment with one of the staff which was made 1 week in advance, I turned up for my appointment only to be told, oh she's not in today she's sick, well no one told ME not to go to my appointment as she wouldn't be their, apparently she never even told her other staff she wasn't going to be their until that morning, my appointment wasn't until 11.30 am and they open at like 9 am or earlier, service and mistakes being made, not good enough.

covid ready pharmacy
I never used to go to them I used an opposition company, but since the covid problems in my town they are the only pharmacy that has had what I desperately needed, I am very impressed with them

Misleading price gouging
My husband I went for our Flu shot today we are both over 65 . We were then told after the injection that it would be $19.95 each. We were somewhat surprised as we were under the impression that it was free for the over 65 .
I have since looked up the cost, yes it is 19.95 at Terry White. However at no time were we told this until after the injection .
Going to the doctor is not an easy option at this moment in time due to COVID 19 . With so many people struggling financially it seems that Terry White is price gouging the older more vulnerable generation at this time of extreme uncertainty .
Terry White you should at least tell your customers prices beforehand so they can shop around as there are other cheaper chemists,

Maddington W.A. Terrible service
I was shouted at and my actions were mimicked back to me by the young assistant. absolutely shocking behavior from an supposed assistant. I asked for my scripts back that were kept behind the counter. I will
have my scripts filled and spend my money where i am treated like a customer and not like a three year old.

Profiteering Dogs
Face masks to protect yourself and hand sensitisers went up to bloody ridiculous prices 500 percent on most. I will never walk in to one of you shops ever. I hope the people remember this after it's over. Crap.

excellent chemists
excellent service, and place equal importance on people who are employed as well as centrelink recipients. Good to go to a chemist that doesn't favor centrelink recipients.A refreshing change from a chemist who has respect for those who work.

Terry White Pharmacy, Upwe
Today I picked up a script for 14 Zolpildem (Stilnox) tablets and was charged $27.99. I thought they had mistakenly charged me for 28 tabs so I queried it. But no, they said it was correct. I wasn't sure so I stupidly paid it. I went home and found my old packet from Chemist Warehouse dated just 5 ago and sure enough, the price on it was $8.98 !! Over three times the price !!

Poor Customer Service
I went into the Terry White Chemmart Wellington Point Qld to have a script filled. The chemist put the wrong Dr's name on the item and also charged me more than another chemist which I didn't realise at the time. I went to another chemist and had the same item filled, they got the Dr's name right and charged me less.
Had to go back to the other chemist to have that same script filled again, advised the Dr's name was incorrect and queried the cost ie why was it dearer there - was told they were getting me closer to the safety net by charging...
Read more me more..not that I had asked for that and not that they had explained what they were doing and by the way is that legal? and it was in December 2022 that I got the script filled and the safety net was not and never would be an issue. Anyway, she (the chemist) said she would give it to me for the cheaper price (really) but that I should ask for that (not sure what she meant by that, I did not know they were charging me more because of some safety net). The script was filled out again with the wrong Dr's name. Will not go back there again. But does anyone know that they do this nonsense..what a rip off. (Also the tablets were supplied in a punch out card rather than a bottle which is easier to use - asked about that and was told they do not supply drugs in a bottle)- 15 reviews

Over priced
At Terrywhite chemmart prices are double. Ridiculous and ripping off customers. Very bad. Those who have no choice paying too much. I just bought antibiotics capsules from chemist warehouse for $9.26 and last time I bought the same medicine from TERRYWHITE CHEMMART for $18.95. I can't believe this. How badly Terrywhite chemmart ripping off people in health product. Consumers affairs should step in.

Plenty of other chemists around...so don't bother with this one...
Consistently bad customer service. Every time I have been in the store they are talking amongst themselves and ignore waiting customers. I won't bother going back if I feel like I'm always interrupting someone's coffee break...Jordan Springs chemist has their act together so try there instead...

Ridiculously Over Priced
Sometimes you just have to take a stand against blatant rip offs. After comparing prices (after my purchase ) I was horrified to discover I payed nearly DOUBLE what I should have- even after asking for price matching to Chemist Warehouse. PLEASE check pricing and Make sure they price match. This chain takes advantage of those who can't go elsewhere and are in desperate need of medication. SHAME ON YOU TERRY WHITE for audacious profiteering in a health care industry.
Please think twice where you spend your money.
Terry White Schofields : Pathetic Service with arrogant manager
Went to the Terry White Schofields branch today, had to pick a parcel from parcel point as they are one of the participating store. The lady at the counter, apparently the store manager there, a very arrogant and discriminating lady kept chatting with another customer, completely ignoring me.I kept waiting patiently and when the lady who was chatting with her left it was my turn, she just rudely asked me to get out of the line and wait as she would serve the customer next to me. Appalling service very rude and arrogant staff will never go there again.
should be outlawed
This chain of pharmacies sells out-of-date baby food and children's medicine, they have suddenly taken it off the shelf.
Please check the expiry date of anything you buy here.
This is another business which puts profits above all else.

Check your meds I was given the wrong stuff
I had to order the stuff I needed for a colonoscopy op. for 7am on Monday
I had to start taking the meds on the day before., a Sunday. When I opened the box they had given me the wrong stuff. I called and they said they’d ring me back. In the end I had to ring around 6 other chemists to try to find the stuff and finally did. Everywhere else needed to order it and being a Sunday made it a no.
Never been to a chemist and got the wrong meds before. Will not be going back to this one.
