Beware, Tradelink do not like returns
I bought a towel rail and a shower hose from Tradelink, cost $160.00 total. Took the items home to find out the towel rail was much thinner than the towel rail we already had and the shower hose was unsuitable for our plumbing. On returning the products to Tradelink a week later I was told they do not accept returns unless faulty, however my reasons were accepted and I was charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE {i.e. $136.26 of the original purchase price was returned to me}. A lessons learnt.... go to Bunnings next time.

Both in store and over the phone staff weren't helpful at all
I went to look at a vanity in store. They weren't busy but I had to go seek them out and when I did they were very unhelpful. When I rang up asking for information I got the same lack of service. Finally when I emailed them they took forever to respond. Despite them having the product I was interested in a purchased from interstate company who were pleasant and helpful. Won't go back to them again in the future for anything

Opening hours do not cater for customers
This review is focused on the fact that Tradelink do not seem to cater to the convenience of consumers and is purely for builders and tradespeople - their opening hours are ridiculous: closing 12 noon on Saturday and not open on Sunday, when most busy families would get the time to go and choose their fittings. My builder trades through Tradelink, and so working fulltime Monday to Friday and other commitments on Saturday morning, I was reduced to choosing vanities, benchtops and basins for 3 bathrooms via their online site and a catalogue. I managed to leave work early one afternoon to choose tapware. Not good enough in my view.

Poor After Sales Customer Service and low quality product
I purchased 5 Raymor Wall Hung Toilet Suites from Tradelink for a large home renovation. After these were installed and used for a few months, we noticed Rust coming through to Stainless Steel wall plates/toilet buttons. I contacted Tradelink, went to see them and emailed them photographs of what was happening. They tried to blame the cleaning products that were being used as the problem and offered me ONE replacement button. I purchased 5 yes 5 toilet Suites and then after the problem was getting worse and I contacted them again, the woman...
Read more at the shop started to ignore me and my requests for assistance. I spent thousands of dollars on these products and as the cisterns are fitted behind the tiled walls, it's very difficult to pull them out to get them replaced. If I could I would...... But they've lost me as a client and we will never buy another Raymor product for our Renovation Business. Your loss Tradelink! I am a big spender on renos. Please buyers beware of these inferior, so called, Stainless Steel poor quality Buttons with little to no after sales help.Find out how Tradelink compares to other Bathroom Shops

Acceptable product, poor service
Bought shower mixer & mixer tap. Had a warranty claim on the shower tap. Had to chase them up 3 or 4 times. 2 weeks later they admitted something went wrong and finally actually contacted the plumber to come and fix the problem.
Great service before we bought the taps, but it seemes clear they didn't care too much once we had bought the products.
Won't be going back again.

Beware of their poor after sales service
Ordered an ADP Tropic bathroon vanity from Tradelink Enogerra. Initial customer service was ok, but it went down hill when the vanity we received was damaged multiple times (we returned it 3 times over 4 weeks). They're happy to take your money, but won't own issues with the products they sell you.
The damage was not Tradelinks fault, however they handled it very badly. They didn't keep us in the loop on the replacement vanities, and I had to resort to dealing with the manufacturer myself to get the solution happening. Their in-action pus...
Read morehes responsibility back to the customer. Tradelink offered to get back to us with 'compensation' for all the trouble and stress we went through, then stopped replying to my emails when I followed up on this offer. I guess it's easy to say this type of thing to appease a customer as they return a product for the third time, and even easier to ignore it later.Questions & Answers
