Inverter failed within first 4 months. Called Trusolar, sent photos of the fault, spoke to Shanaya over the phone who was really great to deal with and organised replacement under warranty.

Hi, Tru solar has supplied and installed the solar system. Within 8 months of installation the SOLIS inverter failed. Not happy with the system and honestly have no faith how long it will last. To get the repairs carried out was a drawn out process. I was expected to run through diagnosing and change settings while online with an operator. This occurred three times. Only positive would be the lovely lady Shanaya who was patient and helpful to rectify and resolve the issue. Initially first few months I was hitting peaks at 5kw now within 11months struggling to reach 4kw.. not happy

Vincent, Shane and the two installers made the installation easy. They were professional and personable.

The installation took three and a half weeks from signing the contract to completion.

Really simple sales process with options and parts, team of installers where very efficient and professional including working out with local authority any rebates. My home was a new build and TruSolar was very patient between sales and home completion (10 months or more).

On the 18/7/2019 I had a 5 kw solar system installed by True Solar, and for 6 weeks had a great run with it after that period I started to have a problem with the inverter. The contractor who install the inverter said it was a power surge problem, the power provider came and fixed that problem.The inverter still wouldn’t work. TrueSolar assured me not to worry they would have it sorted.
True to their word their technical department got the problem solved.
I am person who believes that a company is only as good as it after sales service True Solar certainly lives up to its word and into days world means everything.

Ron and Shane from the office were very good to deal with, they let me tailor my system components to my preference so I got what I wanted at a great price. Dave the Brisbane electrical installer was professional in every aspect. Can't praise them enough. Great team effort guys

Took too long from initial conversation to install date 6 weeks? Vincent was good on the phone few cracked tiles on roof and just ripped my elec box off wall and left it hanging by the cables

All communication was good, we had a 6.6kw panel & 5kw inverter system installed, the installer was very good & just came when he said he was going & got it all done. No hassles with anything.

We had 6.6Kw of panels put in with a 5Kw inverter with wifi connection. Everything is working well. About 10 panels were slightly tilted in the wrong direction but Shane organised to change them and it was no trouble for the installers to come back and tilt them slightly the other way. We are now generating about 22Kw per day which is excellent for this time of year. I love the wifi connection which I struggled connecting by following the instruction manual but Trusolar gave me the number of the Inverter people and they were very patient and walked me through the whole process. Thanks to Vince, Shane and Simon.

I had issues with my electricity connection and harry and vincent both did their best to help sort it out and were always friendly and helpful. There were some communication problems, but other than that, all good from the trusolar team.

My reason for purchasing from TRU Solar was the great price of the 6.6Kw package. Happy with the Trina panels and Solis inverter. Installation was no problem, Harry handled the organisation and phoned after the install. Would and have recommended them for solar installations. Thanks TRU Solar.

Tru solar offered value for money. Good service and follow-up from Harry of the install department.
Overall I was happy with the install and the product. Good value for money.

Had terrible experience trying to book in an install date. Then installation took over a week. The solar system then continually failed and was not producing for many many months dispite my constant complaints and phone calls. They then failed to submit my new meter application so even after all these issues I was not receiving credit for any solar I was producing. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

From the initial enquiry., through to the actual installation of the TRUSOLAR 6.6 system I am glad that as t we chose this company. Each phase of the process was very smooth and monitored by the initial consultant. Very impressed by the professional installation on my property.
