Kool grill I mean charcoal grill absolute joke and fraud I guess the reason you can’t buy anywhere that clearly it ain’t safe for shops to sell so they do. They don’t help and make it hard I think consumer affairs is the answer get this off the market before someone dies in a house fire

Brand Developers is trying to fob me off to another company who they say have taken over their warranty fixes. My only relationship is with the seller, Brands Development. They have said I need to deal with a company I have never heard of to get my product fixed. NZ law is very clear, it is for the seller to fix. My expectation is Brands Development trading as TV Shop in NZ get on with fixing my product. Shocking customer service trying to palm me off to someone I have never heard of.

I am not happy with the quality of the Invictus I purchased as none of the batteries which came with it and the extra one I purchased are not charging. I am 65 and enjoy a clean home so thought the Invictus would be perfect for me to attain what I wanted. NOPE.

Customer service just informed me I never mentioned it in recording yikes! I naturally assumed (never assume) it was part of the deal being offered. The representative mentioned gifts in our conversation but nothing specifically. Be warned you must mention product gift. I really am disappointed in the company as I believed they would do the right thing by their customers. Lost faith in TV shop :(

Will never buy from tv shop again ripped off twice. No one is bothered to hepo. It's a scam. My mother has been tipped off twice bought an expensive item and sent the cheap version

Easy to follow and process order. Found not all products are listed. Different 0800 was not that easy when you wanted order a product. Very good choice of products and a lot of them are not in retails shops which makes your On-line shopping a bit more attractive.

You have charged me for and are going to send me the wrong item, Order #: 10887841. this is for a Powerfit-Legs. I asked for Powerfit-Gym and now wish I had used the online purchase instead of your salesman in spite of him being so friendly and helpful.

Although it is expensive, the Perfect Fit mattress topper is everything my son and his sore back needed to fix his back. The wonderful Perfect Fit pillows have saved our necks from constant pain and the memory foam is so supportive and springs back to shape when you lift your head. I would recommend this product to all my friends.
