We were so happy with our new vacuum cleaner everything’s stated on tv about it it’s all true. My husbands quite happy now because it is only 5kg in weight I can use it, I’ve had 16 back operations and he’s always done the vacuuming but now after all these years I can, and I’m loving it!!!

In buying my products and them not matching my skin tone, I was greeted with prompt service and an amazing help with swapping my products out. Highly recommend shopping with you guys because the delivery was quick and easy to shop online. Great online help

Poor not enough customer bases requisites.
The goods on offer seemed to be good but poor customer relations.
Don't know as not recieved and five weeks past !
Very poor communication and exceptionally long drawn out delivery times......proved to very unreliable for any form of refund before items sent.....generally very unhappy ! Poor excuses made over coronavirus holding up shipping

TV Shop has a great range of useful innovative products and provides very good service. There is very good communication and all of my orders have been received within two or three days after purchase. Everything I have purchased has lived up to expectations.

I ordered some products and I chose the wrong colour. I emailed and received a very quick response. It was all sorted very quickly. The customer service was fantastic! I would definitely order something again.

I am very happy with this product, although when I received it 2 of the lights did not work. The Tv shop was very quick to send me out a replacement order. Will be buying more of these in the near future.

I got two Powerlegs 6.5 months ago, one worked well & one didn't - it has taken 5 months to get sorted & TWICE they have sent the replacement to the wrong address!!!! Then expect me to sort the change of address with the courier!
All I got was a 10% refund.
Not at all happy.

My mother's day gift to myself was sent to the wrong address. The Track and trace showed me that a girl had signed for it in whangarei, I'm in Auckland and my name is not Paris Knox. It's Jade.. The courier man gave it to some one not even stated on the delivery parcel.. not happy at all

Two of the products Ive purchased from TV Shop have been great and do what they claim
their site does need impovement though Ive experienced problems with the Subscription system
that automatically bills each month, the email they give you goes straight to spam and you cant
acccess the links to your subscription. Other than that no problems navigating the site

I don't online shop a lot, but from what I recall the site was easy enough to use.
Product range was ample for me.
The original product had a fault but TV Shop responded quickly and efficiently to replace it. Excellent service. Product looks excellent but will only know after some use.

I have had great products and still happy to buy and try other products frying pans work really good and is always nice to use product that works and are easy to clean

my vacuum arrived and was not working, informed to video it and email to them, my ph does not have email so i asked if i could return it and have'nt heard back since 22/4

I went on line for one product in particular, found it straight away. Very Pleased with the Nutri Slicer Food slicer. I whizzes through various vegetables & cheese in no time at all. I use it all the time.

Many cool products Tac light and squishers containers are great- just need to allow better courier consolidation for multiple products. Courier cost can be almost as much as the product.
