Comfort for baby, but big and heavy for parents.
This is a great pram for baby, as the suspension is fantastic and pram feels smooth. The pram itself looks sleeks and I found it easy to clean.
My only issue is that the pram is heavy and takes up a lot of space. In a medium size SUV it was difficult to pack for a weekend trip as the pram took up quite a bit of space in the boot.
Also I found that the frame scratches and looks worn quite quickly. Having said all this I will use this pram again.

I love this pram so much
I bought this pram on sale at baby kingdom, and while their service isn't great- I'm really impressed with this product. All of the materials are amazing quality. I bought the Gregory colour and it looks even better in real life. I dont find it that heavy to lift up and down stairs if that's a concern of yours. My only small concern is that unfolding the pram isn't as easy as it looks. That design could be improved a little. But im really happy with my choice to buy it.

Okay quality, inconsistent after sale service.
We purchased this pram from Baby Bunting in February 2021. The pram is okay on different surfaces, best for smooth footpaths and shopping centres. A runner pram would be better suited for frequent walking around suburbia.
Very satisfied with prams manoeuvrability, suspension and child is safe in the pram.
The problem with the pram is there is a manufacturing design for the folding latch to come out when not very much pressure is placed through the frame. The pram does not hold together when folded once it has come out, so lifting the pram into ...
Read morethe car becomes difficult. If this has occured once, it will happen more frequently as the screw hole is loosened each time. So I carry around a screwdriver for on the go repairs which is quite inconvenient as a busy working mum. When my pram was within warranty, UB replaced the part quickly, which stopped the problem occuring for another six months. It has happened again outside my warranty period and UB will not replace the part. I have been disappointed with inconsistent after sale service. If I had been informed of the manufacturers design when I was buying the pram, I would have purchased the other brand I was looking at instead that held its own weight when being lifted into your car. I am writing this review so that consumers know up front about this manufacturer design, particularly at this retail price point you shouldn't expect to have to carry a screwdriver around in your purse.

Perfect stroller!
The uppababy cruz stroller is so light and easy to handle. We love the big compartment space in bottom of pram.can keep many items, bags, playmat and still steer easily. Great shock absorbing. Our baby really enjoys spending time in her stroller when we out and about.

Love this pram!
This pram has been amazing! I searched long and hard before committing and ended up choosing the Cruz because it is super lightweight, and folds in one piece! That was one of the selling points for me, as most of the other prams needed to be de-assembled to be put in the boot of the car.

Almost the perfect pram!
I have spent a lot of time researching prams and ultimately wanted something that was light, easy to fold and would fit my child a few years.
After narrowing my search down to the Fox 2 and the Cruz V2, I ended up with the Cruz and I do not regret my decision! The Fox 2 is a lovely pram but failed on the following points : awkward fold (can fold with seat on but it was horrendous to lift and manoeuvre), fake leather handlebar which would likely peel if it got wet and when I put my very small 3 year old nephew in, he didn't fit! For the price,...
Read more I would expect more length in the seat to last longer. The Cruz has been a great size, nice and light, extendable canopy and longer leg rest than other prams. I love pushing it around and feel that it's a much better size than the vista which would be difficult to manoeuvre in cafes. I will need to get another pram for running with, but that's expected as I didn't want a 3 wheeler for the newborn phase. Overall a great pram with a nice colour range that ticks all the important boxes.Purchased in for $1,500.

Should’ve gotten it from the beginning!
I seriously love this pram! So far its travelled on cobblestone, grass, dirt, gravel and of course smooth surfaces. It goes over speed humps in car parks and up kerbs amazingly. It handles so well, my baby’s head isn’t bashing back and forth because the suspension is awesome! She no longer cries when she’s being put in the pram, which I struggled with for a long time. The canopy is massive. I can bring EVERYTHING with me for a day trip in the under basket because it’s huge. It’s easy to fold and can be folded with the seat world facing. It look...
Read mores gorgeous in FINN (deep sea). If you’re after a sturdy full sized pram, this is the one! I get so many looks when out with this pram, despite how common Uppababy is. It ticked all my boxes, I’m so in love with this pram. The only con is some of my family members didn’t find the buckle intuitive.Purchased in at Baby Kingdom Physical store for $1,079.99.

Uppababy Australia refuses to fix problems with this Pram.
Despite registering with UppaBaby Australia and having a receipt, [Name Removed] (seems to be the only person running Uppababy Australia Pty Ltd) refuses to repair my broken Uppababy Pram. He now refuses to reply completely. I have now lodged a dispute with both ACCC and NSW Fair Trading and intend to go to the Tribunal to fix this.

Stylish and practical - love it!
Love this pram. Was tossing up between the bugaboo fox 2 and this, but after visiting a baby expo and testing them out, this was hands down better (esp in the fold). Baby is comfortable and there's plenty of storage room underneath. Love the real leather handles; so many prams use faux leather that breaks down easily. Massive canopy which protects baby well from the sun - a must in Australia. Good suspension over surfaces and the gregory colour is just beautiful. I also like that there's lots of extras you can purchase; I got the snug seat, seat liner and cup holder (now eying off the matching nappy bag). Overall a practical pram that's comfy for both bub and parent to push.

Great but ventilation problems
The pram seriously have a ventilation ussue. Every time my baby is in the pram and taking a nap in a pram she seems to heating up and sweat pretty easily and this happens every time. No matters how much things I tried like, less clothing, not cover the pram get a breezy seat liner and I still have thins problem. My daughter couldn't even nap in it more than 10 minutes without heating up at all. This is giving me the hard time. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I ask their questions on Instagram amd they answer my questions like they don't really care. They also deleted my comment and block me.

Unbelievably GREAT!
I have been using the Uppababy Cruz V2 for almost 5 months now.
I done so much research before buying a pram.
Being my second pregnancy 8 years apart things have really changed in prams.
I knew I wanted something easy to use, lots and lots of storage, baby to be able to face you, big sun canopy and to be narrow enough to fit in ALL the shops.
The Uppababy Cruz is all that and more.
We used the snug seat and bub seems very happy in it. Everyone comments how beautiful it is and always has a giggle at how much shopping I can fit underneath too. I...

Questions & Answers
I can't decide between Cruz and Vista. I don't need the option to convert to double but I do like the idea that the vista's wheels are better and therefore better for rough terrain. Would you say that's the case or does the Cruz do just as well on rougher terrain?
Hi Anika, they’re both great in different aspects. I believe the Cruz does just as well but the vista is that bit better. The vistas biggest and best feature is being able to make it a double if neede...
Read mored. I would honestly save so $ and just go the Cruz but always go by your preference on the feel for yourself. I do love the vista but as I wasn’t converting it I decided to just get the Cruz as it is cheaper and does just as well in all aspects. The Cruz V2 handles just as well and is that bit more compact which is really great . If you don’t need a double then definitely just get the Cruz! It has all the vista amazingness without the extra price!
Are the older model (V1) bassinets compatible with the new Crux v2 frame?
I recently purchased the Cruz v2 and have noticed the brake latch keeps flicking up partially incredibly easy, sometimes I have no idea what could have bumped it even. Literally I just very slightly tap it and the right wheel only starts moving around. It’s incredibly frustrating when I get the pram out of the car and stand it upright, thinking the brake would still be on from when I pressed it on, to then have the right side started turning away from me while trying to unfold. I went to put my baby in it and the right wheel started wheeling so the pram turned (left wheel still brakes on) and I stumbled nearly dropping him. Is this normal for the brake to be so loose or a fault? Is there an easy remedy I can do myself or do I need to do a warranty claim? Thank you
