Unprofessional and Incompetent
My experience with Vantage Bay has been extremely disappointing and frustating. I should have backed out at the initial inquiry stage where they would only send a two word answer to my questions.
A simple question takes them forever to answer because they are lazy to spend some time and answer the questions properly.
They decided to overcharge me without my consent and without informing me. When I asked about this all I got was they had to do extra work and rude behaviour. So a contract with the total cost on it means nothing to them.
They then demanded extra money to finish the job they were initially supposed to do.
I would recommend spending extra money and hiring more professional conveyancers.
Very incompetent and dishonest.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
We were recommended VBC for a land settlement. The service we received was not one I would recommend to anyone. Rude, abrupt, never any time for us and extremely hard to understand. I thought email would help, but emails were returned partially answered, so continual follow up was required. And contrary to their review of themselves below, there is nothing prompt about their service. We were also overcharged, unbeknownst to us (until we followed up paperwork), and when questioned, was told their had been a price rise - that hadn't been disclose...Read more
d to us. Last I checked, you can't just decide to take more of someones hard earned money, because you decide to. Worse customer service than ever!!!!!
Rather spend more money to go for a better care customer service.
Vantage bay customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They created a lots of problems and refused their mistake in order to solve the problem.
Please stay away from this company.
