I have worked in the curtain/blind industry previously and can only convey how easy this was to do - the Veneta Blinds website is brilliant to navigate, and I understood measuring instructions easily - (and I measure 3 times to be sure) as I was after a recess fit blind. The prices are very competitive and it's an Australian Manufacturer. After ordering I was kept in the loop with where my order was up to by email. Blind arrived well packaged. Reluctant handyman husband installed the blind easily. Looks great and works great! Now I will be ordering blinds for rest of unit soon.

Looked around for a skylight blind and these guys really care and offer great service. The team managed to deliver my blind prior to Christmas after the order cut off date. The blind was really well packaged and exactly what we needed to stop the heat coming through the roof in summer. The single honeycomb design is perfect and has a 5 year warranty.

I purchased honeycomb double cell blinds. The blinds arrived within 14 days as promised and I was not disappointed. The quality is brilliant and they fit perfectly. Easy to install with the instructions provided. I'm looking at purchasing more for other rooms in my house. Excellent customer service as well!

We found what we wanted easily, had samples delivered fast, purchasing was easy and delivery hassle free. We purchased cordless blinds, they were easy to install and are easy to use. we love them and when we have completed the next part of our reno's will be purchasing more.

The website was very easy to use, I requested some samples before I made my order which made the colour selection easier, I also contacted the office staff with some queries and they were very helpful. My order arrived exactly on time and we installed the blinds with ease. I then ordered a second delivery, totalling 13 blinds,
at half the cost I was quoted locally and now my house looks so neat, these timber venetians are perfect!

I purchased 2 honeycomb blinds for the "sunny side" of my house. The blinds are excellent quality and definitely help with keeping the heat out in the summer. I really like the innovative design and configuration options to optimise the light. The blinds are easy to purchase and install, following the measurement instructions. They're also very light and easy to adjust. I'd recommend ordering samples up-front; this helped us decide on the colour and type. I would definitely recommend Veneta. They were great to deal with - plenty of communication during purchase process and on the web site (I used online chat to ask questions). They followed up with a phone call to confirm receipt and satisfaction. Very impressed, well done.

Venteta did what they said they would do. The samples are good. The instruction are clear and concise. The blind arrived on time. A good shopping experience.

* The website was good and easy to use.
* The blinds were relatively easy to install, although there are challenges for Skylight blinds being up a ladder several meters above the ground.
* There was an issue with the dimensions for 1 of the 2 orders of blinds (too short). However Liz was able to help after photos and re-measurements etc, and eventually send my new blinds which were the correct length; it looks as though the factory didn't get the dimensions quite right, but the 2nd batch was correct.
* There was also an issue with the pole that is used to manually open/close the blinds, in that it arrived bent. This probably occurred during delivery, but was rectified once I sent photos through.

Great quality product, fit perfectly and easily installed. Customer service was great considering it was purchased online.

Will be buying blind for the rest of the house from Veneta
