I was watching my tv when the it went black but I had sound. So I turned it off for a while and when I turned it back on the logo flashed but then it went black but there was still sound.
I have a broken remote and want to use an universal remote but do not know the code can you please help.

The code that Viano uses for the remotes is 007F.
The volume bar that appears on screen when adjusting the volume or pressing mute doesn't leave the screen at all, even after trying the exit button or hitting the menu options. Any way to get this off screen?
