My wife bought me a packet of Vogel's Golden Baked Cluster Crunch last time she went shopping in Coles at Toormina Shopping Centre. The contents are always fresh and packed with lovely crunchy cereal that I really like. I enjoy breakfast much more now that I'm back eating this lovely wholesome cereal.
Yes they are energy effecient

This is one my daughter and i can eat out of the box it's that yummy. It is sweet so you don't eat much anyway and it's one I think kids would definitely try. It's probably not as healthy as the Vogel's Ultra Bran but it tastes great so I'm happy to buy this one every couple of weeks.
Taste

Never enjoyed cereal untill now. I never actually ate breakfast before because I couldn't bare the thought of eating cereal or other breakfast foods but ever since I gave cluster crunch a go I haven't looked back. I am unsure as to how healthy it is but I love it regardless.
