Purchased the Thunder Pro Large for the kids for Christmas and extremely happy with it! We got the shade, basketball set, water mister, wheels and levelling system. Super fast delivery ordering the week before Christmas and getting it in time.. now considering purchasing the Vuly Swing set to go with it.

'Santa was very popular this year when he delivered our family the large thunder pro. He also organised an elf to put the trampoline together ' The kids have spent many hours since xmas day jumping and flipping on this amazing trampoline. I would recommend a Vuly to anyone. The item is durable, good looking and will provide endless hours of entertainment to all of the kids and adults in our street.

Our daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and we purchased the trampoline to help her physiotherapy. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and style of the cult thunder pro. The enjoyment my daughter has received is amazing and the basketball attachment complements the trampoline perfectly. I would highly recommend this product to buyers.

We are very happy with our Large Thunder Pro Trampoline, easy to put together, very fast delivery and it looks fantastic. We have owned many Trampolines and all are not as good as they seem from the pictures online but honestly I know this tramp with stand the test of time with its great workmanship! Worth every single penny!! I highly recommend investing your money on one of these.

My children used to bounce off the walls in our house...now they bounce it off in the vuly!!! i know they are safe..protected and they are tired when they come inside!!! Literally the BEST purchase i have ever made for our WHOLE family!! Mum and Dad even love having a turn!!

This trampoline provides a great bounce and wonderful extras like the basketball hoop which the kids spend hours playing with. The optional wheels to help with moving our tramp make it very easy to move so we can mow under it. Our visitors also spent many hours jumping which made entertaining easy with families.

We had your team come and build the tramp just before Xmas it worked out perfect for a surprise on Xmas morning. It has been exellent entertain for my three children they love it and enjoy spending a lot of their day on it. We are thrilled as parent as they burn their energy which leave us with a peaceful nights sleep!!

The Thunder Pro is easy to assemble (just make sure you follow the instructions for sequence of leaf springs and mat). The shade cover is also very handy.

It provides a great bounce, the design and netting is safe, overall it’s a bit pricey but my kids love it so a happy purchase!

Only bad thing was when we opened the boxes on Christmas Eve we didn't have instructions.
We used online video by Vuly uploaded on Youtube and had it up and bouncing within 1.5 hours. Had some bracing parts remaining from boxes as not in video, and called Vuly on 27 Dec and helped me with instructions on how to install. Very Helpful staff and SMS'd photos on how to complete the job without dismantling trampoline.

Only thing to recommend would be:
- update video with bracing bars, (if you have purchased the wheels)
- investigate if other shipments of trampolines that may not have instructions in them.

Overall - a very good experience and a great trampoline thus far.

We bought the trampoline to help with my daughter's anxiety due to chronic illness. Due to the trampoline not being completely level and excessive use we had some warranty issues. The after sales team are exceptional. So kind and understanding. They didn't even make us pay for postage on the warranty parts. They made what had previously been a nightmare with other trampoline companies, a breeze and a pleasure. My advice is if your yard is not level purchase the levelers that vuly have, when you purchase your trampoline. Overall a great trampoline, safe and lots of fun.

This is a big trampoline, you need older kids 6+ to get the best value. It is very sturdy and weighs a real lot so decide carefully where you want it assembled, it's too heavy to move later. I think the quality is great but wish I had chosen a smaller springed model for my 4 year old. The safety net is good and strong and has saved the silly adults trying out the trampoline from serious injury!
This is a good quality item but carefully balance the cost against the use your family will get, it also takes up lots of room and is quite imposing.

At this stage we have only had our trampoline for 3 months. Paid $2000 for the large one. I am very disappointed with the shade cloth. It has deteriorated from normal weather conditions is no longer black but a grey and has no integrity. Don't waste your $100 on the shade.

We purchased our Vuly Thunder last Christmas and have been very happy with it our 3 sons aged 9, 7 and 4 love jumping on it. We haven't used the tent yet but we purchased the basketball ring and unfortunately have already had it replaced under warranty during the 12 months as it fell apart and was not usable. My kids love shooting hoops but the ring and backboard never stay in place when you are jumping and I think they are over it now! Apart from this, we are very happy with the overall structure of the trampoline, everything is still in tact, just a small amount of fraying at the entrance in the net after 12 months. I would highly recommend this to other families.

We purchased at Vuly Thunder Large for our 4 & 6 year old boys for Christmas. It has been a source of much enjoyment for our family. It looks great and the bounce is fantastic. We find the net system great as we wanted to keep our boys safe. We purchased the Thunder with the tent and the basketball hoop. The hoop is a lot of fun and the kids love the tent as it turns the Thunder into a cubby house.

The issue I currently have is one of the springs has snapped in half and the tent roof has ripped. I have lodged a warranty claim so hopefully their customer service is as good as the trampoline.
