Just simply amazing and great customer service
The Webber I’ve got is now over 7 years old and still functions like new and we use it as our oven for our house. A while ago the battery exploded in the ignition and Webber sent out a new one and received it the next day.
It’s been a pleasure and looking at getting a bigger one as our family is out growing the smaller one now. Definitely would recommend

Do not buy from Weber BBQ grills online. It is a SCAM site. I have rung Weber customer care and they have reported it. I have also called NSW Fair Trading

Hope you are doing something from your end to shut them down. They have ripped off all Weber images and your logo and according to fairtrading others have been caught out too

great value for money
Purchased it 2 years ago, and it still looks new. Heat distribution is good, quality of the grill is amazing. So far has 0 rust and cleanse easy. I would recommend to add a native pressure adapter to see gas level, but the rest cannot complaint.

Efficient fast awesome!!!
Love this thing use it all the time now. Doesnt use much gas, cooks fast and easy to clean. I thought it was too small to start with but its perfect for our family and easy enough to take camping. You ll be surprised at the smoke this creates under the lid gives a new dimension to bbq

Great BBQ
Barbecue cooks well but it does take some getting used to the style. You need to cook with the lid down to circulate the heat unlike standard ones. Get the version with thermometer if you're gunna cook roasts. If just doing steaks and snags I'd go for one where you can turn on half of the plate. The burner is circular on this model so you are unable to

Very happy, can't complain
I'm very happy with this easy to use and versatile BBQ. It is very easy to keep clean rather durable for a BBQ that lives outside. I would recommend to family and friends

Cooks great
BBQ cooks great, very versatile. Slow cook, fast cook makes no difference. Heat control is good and solid. A little disappointed with the grills, having to replace the once. However weber replaced them for free after a phonecall and a couple of pics.

Excellent
Love our Weber Q. We purchased it around 15 years ago and it is still going strong and in excellent condition, unlike previous stainless steel bbq’s which barely lasted and were difficult to clean. We do keep it undercover. It’s a breeze to clean and Cooks food well.

Beautiful looking and performing barbecue
We love our Weber Q. We bought it from a Weber dealer along with a trolley and Weber tools. Ours has the temperature gauge.
It heats fast, cooks great and uniform, fires up at a touch of the igniter button and is super easy to clean. The red colour is beautiful and looks nice in our garden. The Weber accessories are of high quality and generally good value.
We find it is super economical in how it uses gas and is so easy to clean and move around compared to those huge unwieldy stainless steel four burner barbecues that everyone has.
We love everything about it except for the flimsiness of the side tables that pop out. They are too bendy and virtually useless for anything over 500g.
Purchased in December 2021 at Ellis Outdoor Living, Nunawading for $800.00.

Steak cooked perfectly everytime
I mostly do steak, occasionally try seafood and chicken wing, the steak smell terrific and taste just as good.
I originally wanted the baby to go camping but the sales guy convinced me to get the standard Q. It is too bulky to travel, however it is easier to cook for a group of people.
The grill plates weight a ton make it a bit hard to clean, should have stuck to the Baby Q.
The size may be the reason why it takes a while to preheat to the recommended cooking method.

Love love love my weber Q, customer support is A+
What does this bbq not cook well, steaks come out perfectly, the most succulent roasts you've ever had, I've baked cakes in it, bacon comes out crispy and delicious.
We have had a few issues with it as we live by the ocean and weber has replaces parts for us every single time even when it was past its 5 year warranty! Outstanding!

Cooked twice so far
After giving my 28 year old bbq to family, I purchased a Jumbuck 4 burner hotplate bbq fron Buns, what a total piece of crap. Anyway regretted given my old one away.
Got a refund from Buns. and went on the hunt for a new bbq.

Was just about to buy a Broil King and the sales dude suggested I have a look at Weber Q.
So I started the research all over again.
Xmas just gone my sister had just got a W Q.

Brilliant after sales service - THE gold standard indeed!
I bought my first Weber Q about 7 years ago and have quite literally thrashed it: I no longer cook in the kitchen oven, do it all on my Weber Q, and if wet, on the baby Q that I bought for just this purpose a couple of years ago.
Leave all the cooking smells (esp the likes of fish and cooking oil) outside rather than in the house. Super easy to keep clean and maintain. But the best point of all is the incredible after-sales service Weber provides...amazingly friendly, helpful and generous beyond expectation. My Weber Q 2200 had a bit of paint ...Read more

Poor experience even before the cooking began!
Purchased this unit on the weekend and excitedly assembled it in readiness to showcase visiting family with a bbq dinner...but the pins that hold the lid on were missing from the box. That put an end to that plan! Surely paying a premium price for a so-called premium product, one could expect a better experience. But there's more! I contacted the Weber support desk and all I got was an "ok we'll send you the missing bits in the mail". No information when they will arrive and no offer of compensation for the failure and inconvenience, even when i hinted that might be the right thing to do..Would I buy another Weber product or recommend them?

Love our Weber Q
Our family makes breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Weber Q. We use it for everything from pancakes and bacon to roast dinners. What I like most about it is the size. It’s not too big and not too small. We put a tray inside at dinner with veggies and meat and roast away whilst we sit and chat. Perfect addition to any family.

The heat is on!
Preherating is fast and cooking is fast and easy. The large grease catcher makes with opening at the bottom keeps the drippings and any droppings easy to clean up. Porcelain grills clean up with some elbow grease and safe oven leaner (even hot soapy water to soak in works) or the dishwasher.
The thing is they do not rust and do not have to be seasoned.
This is big enough for a family of four

I have bought a q2200, and have gone to buy a swap n go gas bottle at Bunnings I only wanted the smaller one as it more portable for camping.
However it is only 3.7 kg, is this bottle suitable for use with the q2200.
Cheers for replies.

Weber Barbecues A.Weber
Hi Graeme, we typically recommend any size from 4.5kg-9kg bottles, as this is what has been tested on our barbecues- we use these sizes to determine the number of typical cooking hours that a gas bottle would use and therefore how long it should last.
That being said, if it fits on the regulator, then it is fine to use- you just may not get as many cooks on a smaller bottle.

How to remove electronic ignition button
1 answer
Weber Barbecues A.Weber
Hi Maisy, you can remove the button by twisting the button 1/4 turn to the left and pull it out. That will reveal the battery and allow you to change it. To install it again, just insert and turn 1/4 to the right (essentially reversing what you just did) and you will find it working again.
