Flat Pillow
Am very disappointed with my pillow. After only 3 years since I purchased it, it is rather flat and when you try to 'ruffle' it up, it goes lumpy. After paying such a hefty price, I was expecting more from the pillow. I definitely do not recommend the pillows. Such a BIG waste of my money and if I could have given a 0 score it would have been -0.

Mattress & Summer Quilt Are Brilliant & The Pillows Are Only Okay!
The customer service with my wenatex consultant I received from the information session & to the day of delivery was 10/10!
POSITIVES
Mattress & Summer Quilt are excellent! I am not bed ridden anymore from car accident back in the 90s from the first night's sleep on it. I used to really suffer with waking up in agony prior to the "Wenatex Sleeping System". I am now back at the Gym which I had missed so very much. Exercise is my downtime as another of my relaxation activities with my "ME TIME".

s made of with how you do not overheat where you lie in the hot weather. In Winter we sleep with the window partly open for fresh air once we got the king sized quilt. Pillows are flat
Overpriced pillows that are not like demostrators, poor product support and thinking of seeking ACCC action.
I cant believe the lack of support I have received with people taking my contact details and not calling back.
I was considering a bed a couple days later but the product guarantee is useless when no one contacts you.

Worse value for money we have ever spent.
After purchasing a mattress (including the herbal insert), pillows and quilt, we have never been more disappointed. The mattress has a "hump" in the middle. Our bed base was inspected by the gentleman who delivered the mattress and initially found to be suitable before the mattress was pout in place. After our complaints Wenatex inspected the mattress and claimed it was normal and that the "hump" was caused by our bed base being unsuitable for this type of mattress. slats to the bedbase to improve its suitability the "hump" has worsened considerably and no matter how many times you turn the mattress over, the "hump" is always there. Very Deceiving
Had a consultation and made a large order with my son the man who came to us [name removed] arrived at our house 5 mins before and rang to ask how many people were there so he could bring the right amount of gifts so I told him when he came in he said nothing about the gifts but gave me the pillow our house was not worried nor were concerned us that the other people in my home didn't get their gifts we still made a large order the following day we were wrapped about our purchases still not concerned about the other gifts that was until the po...Read more
st man came later that afternoon and to my very much surprise their were the gifts to the other members in my house now I know a lot of people that read this would think what are you complaining about and here it is the gifts that were posted were for only the night that the consultant was here which would have made a big difference to my sons order and this is NOT!!!!!!! About the gifts this is about that he rang me 5 mins before entering my home to ask me how many people were there so he could bring the right amount of gifts and instead of giving them when he was in our home he went and posted them to us so that we could not use them so wenatex here is some advise if you have no intention of giving the gifts STOP!!! your employees from ring just before they walking in to peoples home to confirm how many gifts they should bring or here is a better idea give them to the people so that they can use them instead of posting them the very next day or one more idea don't post them at all !!!!!!!! Cant get refund
Went to Wenatex seminar on 27/08/14 after being guaranteed that if I changed my mind money would be refunded.Rang back and cancelled order same day,now 4/12/14 after numerious calls and enquiries still cant get deposit refunded.What type of shonky company are they.Would not recommend them to anyone.

Faulty Over Priced Product
The bed lasted 1 month and has now been faulty and unusable for over 3 months and I am unable to get Wenatex to repair it - Beware the bed is costly and their are other companies that supply more robust beds with better facilities at half the price .
The motors have failed after 1 month and I have not been able to get it repaired by Wenatex

Can you dry the mattress cover in t he clothes dryer please.

Hi June,
The mattress cover should be dried on the line, in the shade, where possible. The cover is not suitable for tumble drying. You'll find that it will dry relatively quickly on the line.
