my grill is fine so I would contact the manufacturer.

Make sure you have the steel sides in the correct place first, as they slide easily xxx

Hi Joanne. Refer to your manual for best instructions.

I tied the handles together with rope first, as the glass opend easily but wanted to close, as this was what the installer did on my last oven, and it works, tie rope around the handles first.

I haven't cooked in my bottom oven yet so maybe best to refer to your manual.

YES, I remove any Unnecessary TRAYS/Wire Racks, to Make it easier for cleaning, so that YOU Only dirty what You are Using at the time.. xxx

Lexie do you use the grill trays to bake on or just grill?

Yes they just slot in on the sides, then place shelf in Oven, I only use ONE RACK At a time in the Oven, unless cooking on 2 shelves, Less Cleaning .xxx

I like the light on. I am not sure if you can otherwise remove the light bulbs or refer to manual. Hope this helps.

NO, The Lights Stay On whilst Cooking, I tried, there is No Way to Turn them Off whilst Cooking. xxx

there is a fan above the top of the oven which pushes air out through the gap above the door its designed to keep the oven cabinate cooler

Is this so you can clean it? I found the same thing. You have to turn the knob onto any upper function but leave the oven/grill function off. The only thing is you have to put up with the fan going while you clean.

I agree, I had the same thing, the Light only comes on by turning the knob on and fan, I Usually Clean the oven after Eating Dinner wiping it Over whilst warm Helps keep it Clean. Xxx
