Plumbers arrived on time at site every day and finished a very difficult job on time. Explained how, what and why they were doing the work, and were polite and friendly at all times.

Efficient and effective plumbers. A complicated job that ONLY took 2 days to complete. Well done Wilco. Highly professional service from the plumbers to the account team. Follow-up service was exemplary.

My water taps were continously leaking around Christmas time. I had a hard time finding avsilable plumber for my job.
I called Wilco Plumbers and they attended to my plumbing needs as soon as they arrived. A new tap was installed and my problem was solved.

Prompt and efficient. Completed work within a acceptable time frame. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the job. Expensive work but we had a sewer problem which had to be fixed and they did it all in time for Christmas.

My deteriorating sewer line had been blocking nearly every year with neighbours roots and continually getting "electric eeling" just made matters worse. Wilco's team of professional sewer re-lining experts promptly delivered a permanent solution and now I have the best sewer line in the street which will be here long after I'm gone.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this teams service provision. I experienced a large sewerage leak on the Saturday prior to Christmas which they assessed immediately and started to fix on Boxing Day. I was delighted to receive a text late Christmas night confirming that they would be on site the next day. The standard of communication regarding the job was what you hope for and never get. I only needed to make 1 follow up phone call in 2 weeks. They provided good information with identification of risks which was pivotal to my decision making and at no time did I feel any pressure. I am sure the plumbing work is of a high standard also with everything working normally.

It came as a shock, following the free inspection by Wilco, that extensive plumbing work was required my property and, if not carried out, could mean sewerage not being cleared. A detailed quote and verbal explanation was given of the problem and I decided to accept the quote as long as work could be completed urgently. Work was done promptly - many tradesmen using elaborate equipment finished the task in 2 days. I do not have the technical expertise to assess the work carried out. The tradesmen appeared very competent and were very courteous.

Wilco were quick to book me in, answered all my questions and concerns regarding sewer blockage becaue of root damage from an enormous tree. They had a team show up to start working. I liked having the camera inspection before and at the completion of the job. The warranty is an indication of the quality. We thought the price was very comparable to others. They weren't cheapest but not even close to a bigger company we got too. Great customer service from their office too.

I initially engaged Wilco for a blocked pipe....After paying $539 for jet blasting service for a blocked pipe, we were recommended by Wilco to do a 1.5 metre re-lining work to ensure that the problem would permanently be solved......I wasn't there my self on site that day....my brother was verbally quoted $1250 which he sent me a text showing so.... thinking that it was a reasonable price, we did not bother getting other quotes....so we agreed.....no hard copy invoice was given on the day and instead they got my brother to sign under my name on...

Customer booking service was great. Easy to make booking over the phone for suitable time and date. Excellent customer service with contact to let us know plumber was on the way. This was within the specified/requested time window i.e. on time.

Andrew the plumber who arrived was an absolute gentleman as well as a great professional. He not only fixed our diverter issue which I knew would be difficult as that model is no longer manufactured, but was also very nice - took off his shoes coming indoors and said hello to my 70 year old mum and all.

- plumber was late
- he promised me a number of options on toilet suites but I only got one option.
- the one option given was for a Posh Dominique available (at the time) at Reece Bathrooms for $218.99 and Wilco were going to charge me over $600
- the invoice I was given by the plumber was a hand written invoice, without any terms and conditions on it
- the plumber asked for a 20% deposit
- he did not mentioned the terms and conditions, he did not suggest that I have a look at the terms and conditions, he did not tell me that a 10% deposi...

Very prompt in responding, easy to deal with, tailored service, customer focused and quick to resolve the issue. Very happy to work around my needs and reasonably priced

Be very careful when using these guys, they first under quoted, then trebled the original call out fee on arrival, then kept finding new things to do, adding thousands to the quote as they went. After two very expensive days and excruciatingly slow progress we wised up and pulled out. Found a great plumber who fixed the mess and started again for a fraction of the cost. Always get a second or third opinion.

More than just service all right, overcharging thrown in big time.

I can not complain about the service as it was excellent. There were a few problems encountered along the way and they dealt with them in a very professional manner. They were courteous and polite and they informed me of what they were doing during the repair and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend them.

He called me before hand and was on time and fixed the issue. It was just more expensive than I anticipated.

I would recommend wilco plumbing jack was friendly polite and did a great job. I would use him again without a doubt.

Initial mix up getting my job on to the schedule, but this was rectified and a discount given for the inconvenience. Customer service was excellent. The guys turned up on time, job was completed quickly and professionally, price was reasonable, no mess left behind. Great guys, great work!

Daniel did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it with out any issues in a quick manner. He was professional.

All tradesmen were polite, timely, unobtrusive, professional and friendly. They worked very hard and were able to answer most questions.

My sewer pipelines were relined by Wilco. It was a big job and the team advised me every step of the way. I was able to see both live and saved to disc video of the damaged areas with audio. A truly profession outfit both at office and tradesman level. All my plants were moved into safe areas whilst the work was underway when the whole area was cleared and work complete they restored my plants to their original places. Thoughtful in every way, I highly recommend their service.

We have problems with the blockage caused of the roots, from 2 times a year to 4 times a year that we need a plumber to clear the roots. Is getting expensive each time to do the job. We decided to do the relining of the pipes. We got 3 quotes and they are the cheapest comparing to the other 2. The staff are very nice & polite and efficient. We are very happy the work they have done and will recommend to our friends.

We called Wilco at 8.30am when we could no longer stand the issues we were having. They were on site by 10.30 and had identified the issue and begun work rectifying it that same day. Everything was explained thoughtfully and the plumbers were personable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Charged $250 to supposedly clear roots from drain. Showed where roots were with camera and provided a quote for over $2000 saying pipes needed replacing due to damage from roots. Blocked again 2 days later and refused to return unless going ahead with pipe replacement. Called another plumber who cleared roots blockage with no problem and told us pipes were in good condition. Also detected blockage in main. This is a way to get you to undertake major work. Disgusted that they get away with it.
