Inflated pricing
The plumber, [name removed], attended reasonably promptly and had a look at the leaking toilet inlet valve. He then quoted $510 including the $39 callout fee. I said that was too expensive and we would have to get someone else. He said that the cheapest he could go was $395. I said that was too expensive too and that if they couldn't do it for $250, we would get someone else. He then rang someone and after a couple of minutes came back and said they could do it for $310 which I accepted.
[name removed] left to get supplies and I started a time...Read more

Bad payer to suppliers
Did some work for this company, six months ago, and we are still waiting for the money. Numerous phone calls to the accounts person to be told they are not available. Never return phone calls.

Willow dumps excess soil on neighbours property & lies about doing such action.
Willow gutted property in Millgrove. Digging retaining walls. Dumping dirt on nextdoor neighbour's naturestrip and lying to relevent
bureaucrats. Aggressive demeanour when reported to authorities. Bully who needs to loose his licence for littering and being and creating a nuisance. Would prefer to give 0 stars. Will not receive my custom.

Dodgy
This company wants to
1. Get in your home to quote the job
2. Explain the problem is far more complicated and serious than it seems
3. Quote you at least 500% higher than a normal price to fix the problem
4. Hope you’re either
a) Desperate enough to fix the problem
b) Ignorant enough to believe this is the normal price
c) Go with them because of the ‘call out fee’ (which btw was never explained to me when I booked the site visit)
Please skip these crooks.

Shonky plumber business
Sunday hot water emergency. Only $79 call out, should have been a red flag. Of course can’t fix it and provide high quotes for basic parts. For example a simple google search I found the part for $10, they quoted $450. Should have gone true local. Won’t make that mistake again.

Untrustworthy company
Willow and Co. Plumbing has charged us $3000 to unblock the sewer line with tree roots, and changed the pipes to PVC, months later the ground collapse, and they came to fix it. Weeks later all pipes are blocked again, we could not cook, clean the dishes, bath our son - the plumber nicely unblocked the pipe again, but they asked for $15500 to fix the sewer line again, charged us to dig and cover a hole in the ground again, to then change the pipes because the roots are in a different spot - the roots grew up differently to a slightly different direction, close to where they "fixed" it before.

Flushing done by willow plumbing, started leaking within two months
They did the flushing on my leaking room, took $2000 off us and started leaking in two months again. I tried contacting but does not respond. Worst company. Sandeep Reservoir

Terrible company - beware!!
A member of our apartment block called initially for blocked kitchen pipe. WP said it would cost $400. Kept changing scopes of works, final bill $8000. Company manager has changed three times over the time we have been dealing with them, each time there has been a change they have sacked the majority of alleged plumbers and brought in their own men who in turn have been sacked by the next manager who has then not provided any better service. We were told by the third manager that the second manager spent all day in the pub!!! WP made a co...Read more
mplete mess of replacing external pipes to our building, omitting compulsory outlets and not having proper venting. Collectively our set of units have made 30+ complaints to the company over 18 months, including our body Corp manager, and issues are still not rectified. An ethical plumber who recently inspected their work advised us to contact the Victorian Building Authority and ask them to come out to inspect as the work is so poor and non compliant that the plumber said the company should have their license stripped from them. The WP plumber whose name was on the compliance certificates allegedly lives in Sydney so clearly has nothing to do with the work!!?!! This raises the question of exactly who are the people doing the work, and why are their names not listed on the compliance certificates...?!! Dodgy!!! BEWARE!! This company cannot be trusted. They will cause heartache, take your money and leave you with more problems than you began with. If you have been unlucky enough to have had a similar experience, PLEASE lodge a complaint with the Victorian Building Authority. We gave this company numerous chances to rectify the poor work as they promised, and it has still not been rectified. We will be lodging a formal complaint given that our efforts to give the company an opportunity to rectify their inadequate work has still not rectified the numerous issues.Similar opinion? Worst plumbing service ever
Terrible service and ripoff. Don’t waste your time and money on them. They charged $600 to put a camera down the lines and to unblock, but they couldn’t clear the block, still charged $600 and just fixed a small part of the line and charged $3200. Four months later, the same problem occurred and they’re charging $7,400 to dig a bit deeper and to replace just 2 metres of the line. A big ripoff. Don’t ever go to them.

Misleading advertising
The website states Blocked Drains Cleared from $88.
There is no $88 option was told it would cost $289 the plumber put down Mo FLo took about 15min.
If the 15min option without any manual labor can cost this much be very careful about calling these guys
I questioned the plumber who was very nice and he said that was the price and he did not set the price.
I had very little option but to pay as I was desperate to get the shower operational again.

Worst, money mongers and inexperienced plumber
Booked in for a toilet drain blockage, told him before he start the work, I did lots of plunging no luck..
He saw and said ok its a blocked need to use jet pressure, it’ll cos $197 but he only did plunges with big hand pump, and later said it blocked in pipes need to use jet pipes and camera which’ll cost $450. And still charged me for plunging $197.
Left me no option by explaining once he start the process of jet pressure & still didn’t worked then have or dig a hole at the backyard and quoted me $4500. Job is undone.
And gone, still was proud handed me the card saying call us once you decided.

Expensive and didnt do the job
Had a block drain. Came and said it will cost $350 to use the camera machine. Used the machine but couldn't unblock it. Said will need to come back with the drain cleaner machine but will cost another $400. Came back and couldn't unblock the drain and said it a broken pipe issue. will cost another $6000 to fix.
End up not a broken pipe issue.
Cut holes in the wall and pipe and walked away without fixing.
Company is just out there to get money.

Expensive
I want to let the public know that the only solution this company offer in regards to cleaning outside drains is jet blasting which cost a minimum $439 and according to some comments here, maybe more. My suggestions to the public is that if you got a minor blockage or only concerns about your pipes, call your local plumber which could be found in the local newspapers.
I have concerns about my pipes because sometimes I can hear the water bubbling around in the pipes so I called these guys up because I wanted my pipes cleaned using rooter power ...Read more

A complete farce!
Recently our bath tub cracked, causing it to leak. We called Willow Plumbing to address the problem. The next three weeks of dealing with this company turned out to be one of the most stressful, frustrating and downright absurd experiences we've ever had. Absolute lack of communication, repeated failure to turn up on the days when they were supposed to turn up, virtually never returning phone calls, ordering the wrong replacement bath-tub and then blaming it on the supplier were just some of the "highlights." After 2 weeks of being repeatedly s...Read more
tuffed around I finally rang the office and demanded to speak to the manager Jason. Rather than offering an apology and accepting responsibility he immediately went into counter-attack mode, evading responsibility and blaming us, suppliers etc. Finally, after about 20mins of him arguing with me, he eventually undertook to sort out the mess and then it took him about 3 hours to get done what the company had not managed to get done in the previous fortnight. Just when we thought this ordeal was finally over, the guy who came to install the new bath-tub did an appalling job with the sealant, leaving it looking like a kindergartener had done the job. By this stage we were so fed up with dealing with Willow Plumbing that we decided that we couldn't be bothered trying to get them to fix up this mess. However, the comedy did not stop there. The following day we received a call from their "quality assurance" person who advised us that she had been privy to my conversation with Jason and that she thought they had handled the job poorly and she was hoping to make some kind of amends. Initially I told her that we wanted nothing more to do with them but she insisted on sending someone else out to fix up the sealant job and we reluctantly agreed. The guy was booked to come between 10-1pm the following day. Needless to say he did not turn up and I did not hear from anyone from Willow Plumbing to advise of any change of plan. There could not have been a more fitting finale to this whole saga than this. This is a company who, even when they are in damage control mode and desperately trying to avoid having another dissatisfied customer write another scathing review, still cannot manage to conduct themselves with any degree of competence/reliability. I urge anyone out there who needs plumbing services to have nothing to do with Willow Plumbing and look elsewhere.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Dishonest and unprofessional
Called out to unblock a pipe. Was advised it would cost $250. The plumber stated he needed to use a camera and some other machinery an an additional cost of $600. Total $850. Advised he would also give me a thorough report with photos I could take to the builders as my house is still covered by builders warranty. Unblocked the pipe, received a one line report with no photos and he damaged a toilet that still stinks of sewage and we will have to get another plumbing company out to fix. Owner has ignored all calls. Beware and do not use.

Great plumbers, shocking management
The plumbers themselves that came out to the do the job are lovely people and did a great job. Dealing with the boss is another matter, arrogant and rude, not to mention when given the credit card details he charged an extra $100 and now fail to return calls and messages. Quite poor if you ask me, but it would be easier for me to win the jackpot then to get it back, pot plant was also broken. Wouldn't recommend or use this service again. Look elsewhere!

Qualified scammers
Aggressive plumber wanted money before job was done making it obvious its a scam.
Scammers just like they show on TV, quoted 2000$ for a job and extended the quote to 5000$ after job was half done.
Cannot be trusted as a company go for someone you know.

27 days ago, I submitted a negative review titled "Plumbing 'no-show' ". The 'no-show'was not the fault of the particular tradie. On Tuesday 16 Apr 2022, I requested a refund of my deposit ($300) less the Service Call charge ($39), ie, $261. I was promised payment on Thursday, 18 Apr 2022. It did not arrive. Some phone calls later, it was deposited on 29 May 2022. It arrived in my bank today, 3 May 2022, 15 days after it was promised.
BTW, the plumbing work requested was completed by another plumber, the day after I called him, for $200.
Enough said.
