I have been using these guys for over 2 years now, started on small purchases hand tools Dremel drills and only had to pay back $60 a month I up-ed that to 50 a week just a great way to get items without having to wait too long and apart from a small monthly service fee no interest and that's ever! not even if you miss a payment. I now pay my power bill phone bill car insurance all those things that you need to pay monthly and as I pay a bit every week to Zip they cover the total sum of all the bills so it's painless I don't have to worry too much about it. without a doubt one of the best products on the market thanks guys your the best

I've use other lines of credit. This is the most convenient for larger purchases. I had connection issues with the APP. However managed to get it working. It takes a few goes. I created my own login. No Facebook or Paypal. Good for people*** that can manage a budget.

Zips useless if you’re new to technology,
I Got all excited while going through the process only to find out that i needed a Active-Social Media Account and to have already made Purchases/Transactions with Online Banking

I signed up thinking I would use it. Then in the end I didn't need it. Closed it within a week. They claimed if you don't use it you don't pay. They charged me $31 for a week. Good product. Bad service

Applied for zip pay already have afterpay and latitude, no hassles there, but zip pay no way that’s what!

Apply for an account with zip pay I was approved went to buy a e-gift card all of a sudden it said your account is on hold now asking for photo ID I have plenty of ID even birth certificate utilities under my name have given bank details have Facebook account but not good enough have club card with photo my daughter opened one the day after she was approved also and got to use hers without any photo ID unbelievable

Changed phone number and it is disgusting how much drama it is too do that....Account closed . Will stay with Afterpay way better. Hope no body else has this drama cheers

When you apply for a zip pay account, after they decline you they take $1 from your bank account. Not alot of money for one person, but when they are taking that from thousands of people, they are raking it in! Oh and FYI I have been using Afterpay for years and they are a flawless service. Highly recommend Afterpay for people who want to make purchases now and can comfortably pay in four easy installments.

Can I get help with Zip Biz? My husband doesn't appear to be able to use this in store or online? Seems useless having a product if it isn't accepted anywhere !

How is it possible that I can be approved for a 50 thousand dollar car and declined for <1000 on zippay? I use afterpay all the time, have never missed a payment, have a great credit score and work history. I know people who are on the pension with bad credit and get approved for zippay. I would like to know the approval criteria because it seems there are problems with it and i now feel like zippay is a company that I would never recommend to anyone

Haven't been able to sign into my account for over a week. Can't even check my account and will be very angry if they try to charge a late fee as I can't access my account due to an error on their behalf.
Not the first time I've encountered this issue.

It was so much better before, being able to pay off shops directly without the 'middle man' (i.e. international companies such as Zip Pay) limiting us and causing unnecessary stress. Zip was also too invasive of privacy and required too many personal details. Uncomfortably so. Maybe if enough people decide against using Zip, retail outlets in general will see value in returning to simple customer-to-seller payment methods?

In the end we decided to go with a low-rate credit card...and we have always decided against a credit card before now, so that's saying something!

Save yourself the hassle, give zip the flick!

have found them very accessible easy and easy to manage in the budget, big or small you choose the payments - found excellent for gifts and needs and work in the budget- the only thing to be able to contact would be nice if ever have an issue.

I enjoyed having a Zippay account for the convenience,
and was pleased with the service,
Until I had to query a gift card purchase where I had not received the Gift card I had purchased,
My account was sent to a locked state by the customer service representative and I had to make several phone calls to have myself verified and have the account unlocked, at my own expense all for something that I had already paid for and simply was asking to have emailed to the address noted on the account.
I will never use or recommend Zip to anyone.
Afterpay or Latitude are way better options.
