Great Service, Passionate Bike Mechanics
The staff at Burleigh store have great customer service skills, always greeting customers when stepping foot in the store. Ask away, any questions are answered. They have excellent insight and experience when providing great tips and tricks on maintaing your new bike, No fee membership with discounts on parts and they sign you up on the spot when you purchase a new bike. They also include a free service which can be claimed within 30 days.

Brakes Don’t Work Despite Several Attempts By Their Mechanic
1) Bought new bike and took it home.
2) The brakes locked up so I drove it all the way back to the shop.
3) Left bike with them for repair.
4) Drove all the way back to pick it up and took it home.
5) The brakes locked up again. Drove it all the way back to the shop and left for repair.
6) Drove back to the shop and picked it up and took it home.
7) Brakes locked up again. Drove it all the way back to the shop. This time I waited.
8) Got the bike home and what do you think happened?
9) Drove it back to the shop and I waited again so I didn’t have to drive back and pick it up. The mechanic did a full brake service that usually costs around $50.

So good
The guys at the burleigh store were great, we ordered a bike online, I made the whole confusing as we were a bit undecided which bike to get but they were super patient and everything was sorted. The bike we got had some paint rubbed off the frame from transport, they offered us a free helmet. Would use them again. Thanks.

Very Helpful and Great Customer Care
I dealt with two different 99 Bike stores and on both occasions found the staff to be helpful, creative in finding items I needed and figured out the best way to get me what I needed at the best prices. What else do you want from a bike store?
On one occasion they helped adjust my shocks for my ride height and weight in store while I waited. They didn't charge me for it because it took a few mins and they were happy to assist. This was impressive and certainly builds customer satisfaction for me. I have returned several times since to buy more stuff and happy with their prices and customer service.

Good customer service Burleigh
Thank you to Jordan from 99 Burleigh. Came to the shop with my old, mountain bike in the back of my car after I had an accident. Jordan came out, took at look at it, grabbed a tool and fixed it in a few minutes. No charge - friendly, helpful service. Thank you.

I was really surprised!
The boys at Burleigh. Super mellow, really good service and not trying to rape your wallet.. i actually saw a guy with his kids bmx wheel who needed a tube. The kid behind counter gets him his tube. Then says do you want me to chuck it on for you. I look at kid. The guy looks at the kid. So the kid says again.. I'll put it on! The guy hands over the wheel. The kid fits the tube, inflates the tyre in 2 seconds. Hands the the finished wheel back to the guy .. no extra charge. The gentleman and myself where both a bit taken aback.. kid just smil...Read more

Great price and service on BMX
The team at Burleigh 99 bikes are always friendly and you will not find a better price anywhere. I would highly recommend this store for bmx, they are always helpful and friendly!
