Marion, College Park, Prospect, etc...I got what I was looking for . Friendly service from confident, experienced personnel.
I was looking for particular inner tubes with car valves and found them straight away with no fuss or confusion . The assistant was helpful as soon as I walked in the door.

Worst service in history
I would not recommend people to the Marion 99 bikes outlet !!!! We have had 2 terrible experiences there .
Last year we wanted to purchase my daughter a new mountain bike and choose 99 bikes Marion to look for a bike, initially our experience in choosing a bike went well and we paid a deposit to return just before her birthday to pick up the bike !!! I even called a day before to make sure the bike would be ready, when I arrived none of the chosen accessories had been fitted and the bike was not ready !!! nvoices for the bike and couldn’t work out even from my reciept to how much I had to pay !!! Was there for nearly an hour !!!! When we left and got home I realised I was given no paperwork with the bike ie warranty, Manuel !!!! Terrible experience !!! About a year later my son tells me he wants a new high end mountain bike for his birthday, I said we can go to 99 bikes and look at the range but we will buy online because of the bad experience we had, anyway we head down and look at some bikes, I was approached 3 times whilst in store and asked if I needed help, I said no I’m fine we are just looking, as we we’re about to leave I was approached by Noel an elderly gentleman and asked once more if I needed help or a better price, I said I’m sorry we had a really bad experience here last time and wouldn’t be looking to purchase from 99 bikes, he then said really ??? Let me look into that for you and get you a great price and see if we can help you, he asked fir my name and phone number and said he would call me to let me know what they would do !!! That was over a week ago and still no phone call !!! So 2 days ago I decided before I go onto social media and destroy there good reputation I would call and ask for the owner of the store direct to give me a call !!! Funnily enough Noel answers the phone, and takes my name and number and that I would like to speak to the owner to complain !!!! Never the less no returned phone call !!!! Looks like we will be buying our bike online !!! I urge you to do the same !!!

Faulty Product
I purchase 2 Continental Grand Prix 4000s 2 700x25c road cycling tyres, 1 if fitted straight away and the other I kept as a spare, these retailed for $85, club price $58.
After approx 12 months I went to fit the second tyre only to find it had a faulty carcass, I rode on it once and it had an annoying flat spot, I took it back in the original box with their 99 Bike label affixed to see what they were prepared to do.

Excellent Customer Service, Very helpful
We saw Russell C at the 99 Bikes Modbury Store. We found him to be very helpful and he had great customer service. Highly recommend. Would go back again. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all questions (both technically and in language I could understand).

We have purchased 2 bikes, accessories and now a car rack over the last year .
Tim and john from the marion store are so helpful .
Understand their products and i was lucky enough to get my bike / car rack fitted, in time to go away on a long weekend .

Good store for a bike but service is a bit pricy.
They are very good at what they do and helped to choose a good electric bike which I ride to college. It’s fast and reliable but the service is very expensive.

Affordable Bulk Bike Parts and Tools
Purchased a Shimano HG50 sprocket, a Shimano HG40 chain, and a BBB Nautilus chain breaker tool from 99 Bikes. All components were reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent.

Cancelled a layby instore they wanted to deposit the money into my bank account keep getting told daily it was transfered the day before blah blah still waiting on money
