Worst service in history
I would not recommend people to the Marion 99 bikes outlet !!!! We have had 2 terrible experiences there .
Last year we wanted to purchase my daughter a new mountain bike and choose 99 bikes Marion to look for a bike, initially our experience in choosing a bike went well and we paid a deposit to return just before her birthday to pick up the bike !!! I even called a day before to make sure the bike would be ready, when I arrived none of the chosen accessories had been fitted and the bike was not ready !!! All your bike needs .
We have purchased 2 bikes, accessories and now a car rack over the last year .
Tim and john from the marion store are so helpful .
Understand their products and i was lucky enough to get my bike / car rack fitted, in time to go away on a long weekend .

Affordable Bulk Bike Parts and Tools
Purchased a Shimano HG50 sprocket, a Shimano HG40 chain, and a BBB Nautilus chain breaker tool from 99 Bikes. All components were reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent.
