I’ve just purchased my first electric bike. I shopped around a lot to find the right one for me, visiting e-bike stores all over NOR Perth, and ended up purchasing from 99 Bikes in Joondalup. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, professional and attentive. They really knew their stuff, but it didn’t ever feel that they were just reeling off facts, every interaction was personalised to me. Honestly exceptional service.
I also loved the care they took with the bikes. Tuning each one up and fitting it before I took it for a test ride.

We were looked after in store and the amount of products were amazing. Very happy with our purchase today and will be returning.

I came in on a Sunday just for an inner tube. I walked straight to the counter, but then had to wait about 5-10 minutes as all the available staff were busy selling new bikes to other customers, showing them how to set them up, adding on accessories etc.. Nobody said hello or that they would see to me shortly. Eventually I walked over to the bike service department and found someone who put the transaction through. The price was good and the shop was well stocked but they either need some more staff or need to train their staff in how to efficiently process customers.

It’s no surprise that 99 Bike stores are popping up all over Perth. It’s no secret but great customer service combines with great pricing will always equate to success.

I dropped my bike off early and there were no other people so could be served straight away.
My husband was able to pick it up early afternoon so it was all very stress free.

Went to purchase for high priced bikes for a family not one person acknowledged us until my son got fed up with waiting so long a lady came screaming because he moved a bike she looked like an idiot so we dumped the bike where it was and spent our money as well. Shame we stood for so long with not even we will be with you in a moment till the lady freaked out then all of a sudden you see us. I don’t recommend this store or any of the people that work here so so rude we went and spent our money at bike force way better customer service

The worst customer service we have received in 7yrs living in Perth. Went down the road to Bike Time and what a difference. Walked out with a bike.

I bought a scooter for my son in June and after 2 days the wheels was really bad and the scooter overall so I went back looking for help or repair or change or money back, but they said that my son is too rough, and we never ever had problems with scooters before and they are not cheap to not last 2 days. After that we went to another place to fix the wheels and then now one piece of the wheels came off, I email them last week, so I have no answer back until now and my son has no scooter which we gave him for his birthday, and its his 4th scoot...

Salesperson was knowledgeable about the products and was willing to share this with me and never tried to pressure me into a sale.

Tom was helpful and very informative on our e bicycles. Demonstrated the use of new Yakima fold click 3 bicycle rack. Definitely recommend Tom if you are looking to buy a new or replacement bicycle and any bicycle accessories.

Great service. Jack helped me dicide on the best E Bike for me. Highly recommend this store and would shop there again.
