Phil Smith of PR installations came over today and repaired the casing from wind damage. Worked both fast and tidy and went above what is expected and was early too... thanks heaps

What can we say,
A wonderful company to deal with, very professional, from the sales lady Judy, to the installer, I had made a mistake in which blinds went where, they were here in a flash and rectified it for us, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them, as the old saying goes, "you get what yo pay for" First class ******six star.

Jim and Craig worked hard all day installing just so we could get the blinds in before Christmas. Such a professional job- they look amazing and work perfectly. Off what was already a competitive price they offered further discount for up front payment which I was fine about.
Van from A-Z Installers did the installation for 4 very large outdoor blinds, a top bloke who worked through 40deg heat to complete the job before he left for a 3 weeks Christmas break. A couple of minor issues which ABC have already followed up to address, this is customer service working well!
I wont hesitate to use ABC for further requirements.

Blinds were ordered by our builder for a patio application. Your company rep measured and quoted, then re-measured closer to manufacture date. Finally the blinds were installed on the scheduled date. Installer Jim was courteous, prompt and competent, answering all our questions.

I couldn't be happier with our new blinds from the person who came out initially, Angelo, to the people in the shop and office to the installation guy Jean who did a great job. Antonio was fantastic, professional and friendly. He took the time to work through various options to help us get the right fit for our budget. Jean was very respectful and even offered to clean up afterwards which is not common in my experience. Also very friendly and professional. The product itself is superior to other companies we looked into. Thanks to everyone at ABC and keep up the good work.

Petra was a star. I needed two spare parts for a outdoor roller blind that is is under two years old. She found parts and they were covered under warranty. Pleasant, helpful as always!

Van Nguyen and his assistant was a fantastic installer. He made fantastic recommendations, we are very happy. The blinds look great. He recommended changes to the initial quote given by someone else, which have turned out to be far more aesthetically pleasing and practical. He is excellent at his job.

I must commend ABC for their after sales support. I had two motorized Windmaster blinds installed on my patio more than a year ago. In the beginning of the month, I noticed that one of the blinds comes off the track when there are light winds and when fully extended. I contacted ABC and emailed photos of the problem. Upon closer inspection, I noticed one of the lower locks has come off which is why the blind was not fully taut when locked. Anyway, Jade of Outdoor Service Department responded to my problem swiftly. Today, I had Luke from ABC Blinds come over and fixed the lock. I very impressed that I received such swift and efficient response. Thank you for your professionalism.
