Well fitted and good price.works really well. Very happy. Fitted quickly and on time. A few weeks from booking to fitting which was fine. Fitting only took half hour and works perfectly.

Van Nguyen installed our blind on 11th October and we were impressed by his workmanship. He and his assistant were tidy and Van's measuring prior was very accurate. It was the right choice for us.

The in-store experience was excellent and a sales representative arrived a few days later. Our only problem experienced was that we were not told that there was going to be a six week waiting period before installment, we were told one week or ten days to installment.
The installer Jean Borges was fantastic, he came to measure and later to install. He works very neatly and is very professional, he has done a very good installation and we are thrilled with the finished product.

We purchased outdoor blinds and had them installed this afternoon on a very very hot day by Van Nguyen.
Van arrived on time and installed the blinds efficiently.
He explained clearly how to use the blinds.

I telephoned with regards to a problem with my blinds. Once I had discussed my issue, I was visited by an employee to look at the problem. I was then asked to come in and choose another fabric. I needed the new blinds as soon as possible as the blinds faced the front of the street where I live. The blinds were made within 5 days and fitted. Thank you so much ABC for making this an easy experience for me. Also many thanks to the lady at Wangara store who sits at reception at the front on the left hand side as you walk into reception, her customer service was really the best. Also the lady that was at reception that takes all the calls was so polite and understanding. Thank you to both these ladies.

A little frustrating dealing with ABC on the phone but eventually we had our outdoor blind installed yesterday by Van Nguyen, he was professional and very efficient. The blind looks amazing.

Great service supply was a bit slow. Van the installer did a great job with install. We need some more outdoor blinds in the future and would like to have Van come and do the installation again.

We installed a pergola to protect from west sun and found it was 75% effective in reducing heat load. ABC blinds were fitting a blind for a neighbour, measured and recommended a solution - job done in 3 weeks. NOW we have beaten that heat load, kept the view and saving money on A/C costs.

Good product and excellent job by installation team (Phil Smith) So disappointing to have to arrange electrical component. ABC do not arrange this and was not an option when purchasing. After lifting roof sheets (with my grandson) to connect to GPOs, I called installer to recalibrate to limits and he responded immediately. All other quotes I received NuStyle and Westral offered electrical component as part of the install. Overall a disappointing experience.

ABC Blinds supplied and installed our outdoor awning it looks amazing. We had quite a difficult installation as the wall was not straight but Phil Smith from PR Installations made it look a breeze and installed it perfectly! Thank you to Phil and the young man that helped.

Our 8year+ old 5m wide ABC outdoor blind across our entertaining area has been excellent and trouble free. It is open and shut 'everyday' as is the only access to the backyard. We needed maintenance on the crank and Jade at ABC gave excellent advice and service giving me the confidence to repair myself (which was easy) and getting the parts delivered fats and without any fuss. Extremely happy with the price, service and part delivery.

Our folding arm awning was installed today - just three weeks from quote to measure to up and running! The awning is excellent and we could not fault any part of the process. Our installer, Phil Smith, did a top job and we are now all set with a nice cool shady courtyard to escape the summer heat.

Blinds installed 07/11 to complete Patio/Outdoor Room revamp. From quote through to measure and install, the process was completed efficiently by friendly and helpful staff, our installer Jean Borges, was friendly and very efficient, completed the install in considerably less time then estimated and did the best tradie clean-up I have ever seen. And just so you know I do not usually give 5 star ratings.
