Does anyone find that the able asthma ultrasonic vaporiser is a little noisey when operating? I'm trying to work out if mine is a little faulty or if this is the way they are. I bought it for my kids room and they say it's too noisey to fall asleep. I have to agree as I have it on now and I can hear it easily. I have about 8 dusk diffusers which you cannot tell are even on. Would love some feedback so I can work out whether to take it back to where I bought it or whether this is normal for this unit
Mine is noisy too. Very irritating, why would you want to turn on a noise maker next to where you're trying to sleep? Or anywhere else?
I ended up calling up the company and they basically said what do I expect, the motor is running so it will make some noise but they never get complaints about it. I ended up buying 2 of the latest du...
Read moresk diffusers which run up to 16 hours. And dusk diffusers never make any noise. I love dusk!!!!
Has anyone had problems with it leaking? I've had 2 now and both left a pool of water under it.
Yes I am having the same problem and do not know what to do about it. Is there any way I can stop it leaking. I am so disappointed.
Needs to be placed on a flat water resistant surface so I would place it on a tray with the tray on a coffee table. I wouldn't fill it up all the way, if you want the able vapour mist humidifier to ...
Read moreoperate for 6-8 hours I would use 2 water purified bottles it's more than enough, when the water is reduced it will turn off the night light & vapourmist & the power light will change from blue to red until you refill the unit with water again but unplug before you take the water tank off the base. Ensure that the water tank has its lid screwed closed properly before turning over and attaching it to the base unit. The water tank needs to be fitted correctly to the base unit, the water tank has an arrow on top under the mist nuzzle to direct you to fit the top water tank to the base unit correctly to face the front where the power button & dial is located. Put the vapour mist dial strength on the middle between Max & low strength to prevent leakage. Once you decide where to place the vapourmist unit you can not move it if the water tank has water in it, I find moving the tank cause water to leak to the base of the unit & may over flow. So decide the location of where you want to use the product before attaching the filled water tank. Once it turns off turn the dial to off, unplug & remove the top tank from the base, you will find water in the base unit, it's easier to empty the water that flowed into the base into a bowl before moving the whole unit; To refill or to clean & pack away..
Well we're in a quandary bought the vaporiser as I have a terminal lung disease & found great relief . Question is ? HOW DO YOU FILL IT WITH WATER ??? We have no instructions & I've searched all of these sites to no avail, no instructions for any of the machines HELP PLEASE .

Don't use water in it. On the front where the Power Button is mine says Power / Waterless so I am quite sure it is not meant to hold water. That is why those that put water in it find leaks. Min...
Read moree had no instructions on the box and I am not sure if instructions came with it. It has been open for some time but unused so any instructions may have been lost.I'm confused, the instructions say not to add oils/eucalyptus etc directly to the water tank as it will damage the appliance and the aroma case doesn't seem to be connected to the mister so how does it work ??
Did you find out why? I just got one today and I put the oil in but can't smell anything as its seperate
I just bought one today and cant smell the oil...it says not to add to the water but put in the top...no smell at all
Instructions for mine say to add up to 5 drops direct to the water. Just fill with water first.
Is there any way I can select a no light option? No matter I've tried, a bright light is always emitted from the unit and is very distracting at night in a dark room, especially when trying ti get my toddler to sleep.
If you mean whilst the vaporiser is working, then yes. You click the button all the way through the light range until it reaches the no light selection. I refer to the vaporiser button. I did this m...
Read moreyself just the other day as my baby doesn't use a nightlight yet.Our unit stops and starts all the time and doesn't seem to emit much Vapor at all. Sometimes you can't see anything coming out. My daughter is waking with a dry nose every night even when this unit is on. Not sure if it's faulty or just no good?
