Look I will be kinder than other reviewers, it does what it says on the box but just not to a high enough standard for what you pay, wouldnt waste my money

The first one only worked for one day and the mist stop working I returned it got a new one this one the power cord didn’t work returned again and this time there is water leaking out the bottom soooo dangerous returning this one and hoping for a refund to purchase another brand

I brought able vaporizer from our chemist was working like a dream for 1 day.then the next day tried turning it on and light flashes beeps and makes a clunk sound and turns off right away returned it exchanged it for the next model up worked for a couple months then the same thing dont waste your money people trust me.its sad how much it cost and doesn't do what advertised to do

I purchased this vaporizer for winter as my house gets stuffy. I like the many features that it offers. Being able to have more or less steam running has been great, the coloured lights look pretty. The funtion of having it on for 30 secs and then off for 30 secs means it stays on for a long period of time. I can leave the house for a few hours and come back to a fresh smelling home.
Only downfall it is a bit noisy to use ay bedtime.

It was working like an angel the first two nights of usage, but after the THIRD, the button functions got all messed up. The night lamp button is now the ON/operating button, so both the actual ON/operating button AND the anion operating button doesn't work. No more night lamp (or colours at all) either. I can only turn it on intermittently (press once--this should've been for continuous mode) or continuously (press twice--should've been intermittent mode) using the night lamp button, with no other functions. Also, once the cable is plugged into the product, it turns on automatically (without even pressing the night lamp button). There are no leaks, however, and the mist is fine too.

Broke in the middle of the night leaking all over new bedside table. Cracked and ruined. Customer manager hasn’t refused to contact me.
Chemist couldn’t return money without ok from company were told WHOLE batch was faulty
Should be given a huge fine by ACCC AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

I bought this in feb this year used it for a week as my daughter was congested i tried to use it again today and the water was leaking everywhere all over my carpet!!! Worst $89.00 i have spent will be taking this back and demanding a refund very dangerous as the product would be water damaged

Kids and I absolutely love it! Bought it when my bub had bronchitis for the third time and my friend said she has been using Ables ultrasonic vaporiser for her daughter who has asthma and it helps them so much. Its not noisy and love the fact its smaller in size. It does not use heat so safer and no mould in the room. Kids love the different light options to use at night so we still use it every day.Room smells beautiful cant imagine day without it:)

Purchased first one end of September and it lasted 2 weeks and then water started leaking out from the sides. Took it back and was given a new one and the same thing happened after the second time I used it. Now I cannot even turn it on. What a cheap and nasty product.

Water leaking out the side. This machine is dangerous. Purchased mine from Terry White chemist Orange. This is my second one. First one lasted 4weeks, was given another was used twice. Not working now. Staff made me feel that I was doing something wrong, and now I have done the research I'm disgusted, so beyond annoyed as this was in my daughters bedroom. Will be lodging a complaint with the company. I want a full refund.

The reason why I purchased the Humidifer was to be able to use esssential oils. The product advertising is misleading as the Essential Oil Diffuser doesn't work. I contacted Able's after sales staff and they maintained that there should be a "slight smell" and that the next model will allow essential oils to be added to the water. The bottle of Able's Essential Oil costs @21! I feel cheated ... as I did specify my requirement to the pharmacy's staff.

The water bubbles and leaks out between the unit and the lid. I have made sure the lid is on properly and it still leaks. So you have to place it on a dish. It would not be suitable just anywhere due to all the leaking.
I'm worried about the water running down the outside and into where the electric cord plugs into the unit.
It is very noisy which is not a good idea when you want to sleep. It sounds like a fish tank. I've seen better ones in action.

NOTE - It is not like a steam vaporiser that clears your sinuses and soothes your throat and chest.
It gives out little puffs of steam.
I would like to return mine to the chemist. It was recommended by the chemist for my parent who is in a nursing home but it won't be suitable.

The first couple of months, the vaporiser seemed pretty good, my daughter's night coughing from the cold dry air eased right up, but it stopped working properly and as I'd lost the receipt, I couldn't take it back. It still makes pretty light colours and sort of bubbles the surface of the water, but it doesn't create the stream of vapour that it did at first.
Very disappointed that it stopped working so quickly.

We were so disappointed in this product. When we purchased it from a pharmacy, we specifically asked for a vaporizer that allowed us to put essential oil in as our child was ill with a chest infection and we wanted to add eucalyptus oil. When we used it, it has a section to put essential oil that does not feed through to the vapor, and does not give off any more scent than putting the oil on a dish in the room. We returned the product after being misled and neither the pharmacy or Able Asthma will go out an exchange or refund. I will not use their products again.

This works good. But has a little tube on the inside with a flimsy cover that can knock off easily. If water gets in it - even while filling. The machine no longer works. This happened to me. Also while it works well, when it is working. The point is to be safer for children, but it has a removeable pointer on top. This means if removed it is unsafe for children and a choking hazard.

I bought two, one stopped working because of the water part inside, and the other works but is missing the pointer on top. Dissapointed.

Bought this for my son's bedroom as he had a dry cough that was keeping him awake. From the very first night we noticed the difference and we could get a good nights sleep! Cool mist is far safer than our steam unit. Love the cute night lights too. We cam across the product as our son uses the Able Spacer too. Great brand Able, I would definitely recommend with the Able Essential Oil too.

After doing research I purchased the Able Ultrasonic Vaporiser and found it did not do the job, the water stays cold so the steam does not help in any way in clearing a blocked nose or chest,. I do not recommend it and have wasted my money, should of purchased 1 of the other vaporisers on the market.
