We booked absolute domestics for our end of lease clean & what a waste of money.

The carpets weren’t cleaned properly & when asked to come back they agreed but our power was disconnected before they could get there. We asked 4 times for a refund & no answer from anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for end of lease cleans/carpet cleaning as they don’t honour their work with accepting they’re at fault and offering a refund.

My cleaner is brilliant at her job and would recommend both Jody and AD. Only canceling due to job loss and I wouldn't hesitate to go through AD again and have Jody back! I'll miss my sparking clean house!

Very good service. My cleaner was thorough, friendly and helpful.
However, I feel Absolute should consider it's Seniors' customers, by giving them a discount. That is the reason I have had to cancel my cleaning service, because of the high cost.

I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to anyone who requires a cleaning service. Only reason that I am letting her go is that I have regained full health again but if I need a service again no hesitation in contacting Absolute Domestics.

This reliable service on a fortnightly basis has been really helpful in our busy household. I would recommend them for a regular clean and enjoyed being able to highlight specific issues (eg. dusting, wipe the shutters, focus on cleaning the bathrooms) that needed addressing on an "as needs" basis. We have used Absolute Domestics for three years now. Although there are many cleaning services out there, it is always important to go with a company that does background checks and has insurance. Our regular cleaner has been amazing to say the least and has a great rapport with us and our kids.

The cleaners have been great, was very happy. Unfortunately I have had financial problems and had to cease with the cleaners.

Cleaner used a product on my bathroom tiles that stripped the coating off of them. This company have still never paid out any compensation and no one from the company has come out to see the damage. Do not use these people!!!

When I returned to full-time work I didn't want to spend my weekends cleaning. Enter Absolute Domestics. I'd used them when my kids were little to ease the workload and it was time to engage with them again. I haven't regretted it and love coming home to a clean house.

We had a spring clean done for our quarterly inspection. Each time we've tried to do this clean ourselves the building manager could pick SOMETHING not good enough. So we hired a professional cleaner and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! Don't think our apartment has been that clean since we moved in. He did the oven, all the windows, all the mirrors, floors, fans, bathrooms, steam cleaned the carpet, cleaned UNDER the washing machine. Absolute legend. Definitley getting this guy back.

I have used Absolute Domestics randomly on and off for 20 years now, and I keep going back. Their cleaners just seem to be better than other agencies I have used. We currently have Sarah who is professional, polite, accommodating, great at following my hopelessly detailed and probably annoying instructions, and deals very well with the fact that half of the time I am there rushing around as well and she has to clean around me. She is also very clever and uses initiative in a good way and I have already recommended her further. She is patient and careful with our dog too! What a gem.

Agustina has been an absolute dream! We are mid way through a renovation so I never find the time to clean things like bathrooms and floors.
