refused to honour warranty with 2nd issue.
Pin came loose causing leg pole to go through mat. Fortunately not empaling my grandson. We were told that it was our negligence. Poor maintenance. By the looks of the mat the manager said it hadn't been looked after. Apparently when we move it to mow the grass this can cause the pins to come loose and this is our fault.
Very sad that i didn't listen to daughter and friend who said purchase the kmart trampoline which was cheaper and they have been extremely happy with theirs. Managers and sales staff continually passed me around to eac...Read more

Cheap, Nasty, Fell to Pieces
Do Not Buy!
One might joke that they must have put some effort into designing this so that it fell to pieces so rapidly.
We have had out 12 foot KS0120 trampoline for a few years, so I can't remember the exact dates of failure.
First the pads over the springs appeared to depolymerise, and bits of pad and foam spread all over the garden. Then the net came to pieces, bit by bit. The springs had started to rust when the thing was set up. The spring loops on the mat pulled out at random, and - according to the boys - springs whizzed about at s...Read more

Waste of money
Just replaced 3rd mat in 12 months. Stitching comes undone making the springs come lose And the mat ripped
Kids weigh under 50kg. Weight should be up to 120kg. Net zipper broke and pads rotted away in under 12 months. Last trampoline mat lasted 8 years. Not happy . Crap quality

Find out how Action Sports Round 12ft compares to other Trampolines
Know better, choose better.
Just another disappointed customer
So we ended up getting the 12 ft because it had the appropriate weight ration for one of us to get on with the kids. From that respect, it's fine, however like almost everyone else, the pads and net are completely trashed and cost almost as much as a new trampoline!

Terrible
Just over 12 months old and the mat, netting and pads all need to be replaced. The net and pads have deteriorated in the weather and have big holes in them, and the spring-free mat is so loose the kids can't even jump on it anymore. I now have a 12 ft trampoline that takes up the entire backyard that is useless. Total waste of $600.

Not recommended
These trampolines are low cost but terrible quality. Had to throw it out after just a few years. Padding, nets disintegrate within a year, replacement parts overpriced and not worth it. Poles not sturdy and bent in the wind. The base is the only ok part, although springs rusted easily. Had terrible time putting it together because incorrect and faulty parts provided - took ages to sort out. You're definitely better off paying for something better quality.

How disappointing!
we have purchased the Actions sport trampoline from Toys'R'us as a replacement for the old one which gave up after 4 years of heavy use. The new one did not last long- spring padding and net lasted approx. a year., pink colour faded. Net is so fragile that disintegrates in my fingers without much force. I contacted the the store, they directed me to the company, which did not even bother to reply to my e-mails. Of course called them- they do not have spare parts, expecting the container coming in several weeks. It will cost more than $200 for s...Read more
pare parts. Very disappointing- it is spring. Poor quality because was cheap?- not sure, the previous trampoline, lasted more than 4 years used almost daily, in full sun, padding was replaced once after 3 years and net was almost intact at the end. Do not buy this product.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Action Trampoline Review
I purchased a 12 foot Action Trampoline five years ago and the quality of the item was poor. The blue pads do not wear well, they cracked and fell apart within 12 MONTHS. The item was used without the pads for the next four years and then the mat stitching fell a part. I now have a pile of metal in the back yard. The cost of a new mat and pads is almost the cost of a new trampoline. They don't make things like they used to. It cost me $100 dollars a year over five years. $500 poorly spent. :(
When it was in one piece the kids loved it.
Poor quality components. Doesn't hold up to weather conditions of Australia.

Would have to agree with everything said here. Replacement pads cost ~$150 (inc freight) and showed UV damage within 6 months. Original mat tore in the middle under 40Kg child load after 4 years; obvious UV disintegration. Not an outdoot item!
Same for us, looking for better quality
We have the same trampoline and a year later not even the mats are shredded .... My kids hardly use it so its not wear and tare and it costs a small fortune to replace the pads etc...

Hello Shan I have seen pictures of your trampoline and a report of your phone call, my understanding is; that it was explained that during assembly the locking pin for the leg had not been installed, ... Read more
or at least not correctly, nor was it broken,as it can be seen intact in the photo. At the later time when the trampoline was lifted to move it, the unsecured leg will have fallen out of its socket and its open end rested under the mat, which it subsequently broke through during use. Trampolines are put under considerable duress in use, the height a jumper achieves multiplies the force of their weight when they land on the mat. Correct assembly is so important on an item of this nature, not inserting the pins to secure the legs is akin to not fastening the front wheel on a bicycle. This is demonstrated in the instructions and in video on our website. I am sorry for the issues you have had but we cannot honour warranty claims where incorrect assembly is at fault.
