Terrific Air Conditioner
Our 32 year old ducted air conditioner was struggling. An air conditioner installer suggested 2 brands to choose from to replace it. We chose an ActronAir unit and not only is it more efficient, but the coolness is somehow more pleasant. We now have a lovely cool environment on hot days.

Very bad customer service when chasing warranty work to be done
We have had our unit for a bit over 3 years now and the unit itself when running is very good, however we have had a couple of faults with it and this is where the customer service is very bad having to wait a min of 8 days for anyone to come out and fix the unit which normally takes around 1 hour on previous faults. When asked if they could get someone out quicker as the temperature was going to reach mid 30's, they said no sorry. Won't be buying another one.
