Pick up was easy. Jacob the manager was so nice and made everything a breeze. Truck was in good condition and easy to drive. Would definitely recommend using if you need to move!

Bond was handled well and customer service was great. The car given to me was green which I do not like so they immediately changed it to white.

Employees knew what they were doing. Airport shuttle is a great system they have going. The car was fantastic as well - especially considering the price.

Not to mention the price is really, really low. So you cant really think of a reason to use any other company.

Most certainly not one of the big players in the industry, but from my recent experience Alpha Care Hire can certainly teach the 'big boys' a lot about outstanding pricing, professional and courteous service, great communication and, above all, excellent reliability of service.

The car was clean and tidy. Didn’t have any issues. Getting the car took a bit of time as the employee was new . Apart from that everything went smoothly.Even the shuttle bus drivers were very helpful

There was one very minor issue in that the USB port was not working but given the price of the rental I was not going to worry too much and just mentioned it on return of vehicle.
