Customer Service, in person and on the phone was excellent. We hired a people mover and received a brand new vehicle (9 seats). We were not expecting that. We had two adults and 6 children to transport around Gold Coast and Brisbane. Easy to drive. If I need to hire a vehicle again, I will be calling Alpha.

Very helpful when called at very short notice over holidays when my car died.
No fuss, on the road straight away and drop off equally painless.

I am giving the review 2 stars because the car was fine and the Jetport service was great, particularly the shuttle, even made my flight despite me being really late.

The motivation for this review is the really really poor customer service I received this morning on the phone from a male in their Melbourne office.

So this morning I was just randomly going through my credit card statement and saw an extra charge from Alpha they day after I returned it. I then checked my emails and saw no further receipts/invoices that justified it and called ...

I would suggest to anyone coming to Sunshine coast DO NOT hire the car from Alpha car hire. I booked them from sydney from 9 am to 5pm and they called and confirmed the timing day before i flew. But when i got there they told me that unfortunately they can not drop me back to the air port in their free shuttle because they are closing at 3pm due to shortage of staff. I had to arrange my own to get back to the airport but thats why not i hired their service for. Poor communication and i would suggest to spend an extra $10 at the airport and do not look at these guys as they will rip you off. I spoke to the manager and she said the same thing short of staff and she cant stay back.

A very easy way to hire a car with a regular shuttle service to and from the airport. Very friendly service with all matters including tolls explained. The car I hired was new and spotless. I have used them before, and will again. Great rates.

Excellent customer service. Hiring was very easy and the vehicle was in great condition.
The hire price difference between Alpha and all of the other hire companies was huge. Alpha is a short shuttle from the airport to the office so nice and easy. The cheapest the other airport based hire companies were 2.5 times the price of Alpha. No big queues you haver at the airport waiting for someone to serve you

Customer service was amazing looked after very well. Intermediate vehicle ordered and received, car spotless and drove well. Needed the car for house inspections and it served its purpose well.

Customer service was fast and efficient, payments were handled without issue. Vehicle was as per booking which we used for general travel during our holiday on the sunshine coast. Our transfers were fast, we didn't have to wait long at the airport for the shuttle to arrive and the shuttle back was already at the depot.

Pick up and drop off were so easy. No hassles with the bond being returned. Great reasonable rates making them very competitive compared to paying removals. Truck fit way more than it looked and only needed 1 1 /2 trips. Would definitely recommend using.

Customer service was professional and polite. The whole experience was easy and straight forward with all staff being very cooperative. All necessary information about the car was presented effectively and straightforward.
I have no complaints.

Extremely good daily hire rate. The staff were friendly and efficient both during pickup and drop off.
The truck was very much fit for purpose and the rear lift made the removal much easier.

The customer service was perfect. Vehicle was as expected and excellent. Vehicle was used to get around town for 8 days and was perfect. Payment was handled well. Bond not back yet but has been less than one day so far.
