Had my carpets and my sofas cleaned.
My sofa is cream in colour. The service man left black marks along the front of my sofa from his hose on the cleaning machine.
I emailed them the next day about this problem this company took forever to get back to me.
Then asked for photos which I supplied. Took a long time again to get in touch with me.
Finally get a phone call saying they can’t see how their guy would have left marks on my sofa. So if he didn’t leave marks why didn’t he clean the marks off when he was cleaning it Haven’t heard anything else from them .
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I looked at the reviews before I emailed Angel for an online quote for my 5 seater lounge. The quote was very competitive so I called and booked them in. They were prompt with their quote, they phoned me the day before to confirm the booking and the said the person cleaning the lounge would call prior to say he was on the way, which he did. Josh is a delightful, courteous young man who did a great job and I would recommend him and Angel to anyone looking for a great lounge cleaning job at a good price.

It was a straight forward process to arrange a cleaner, with good follow up on service and our cleaner is excellent.

Very pleased with AbDom, with whom we've been for a few years now. They are very professional and make sure it all works well - eg if your regular housekeeper isn't available, they'll quickly do what they can to provide a temp to cover. The agency checks also in regularly to make sure it's all going well, which I haven't found elsewhere. Also very happy with our regular cleaner Mon who is friendly, professional and does a great job. Highly recommended!

The wife and I always look forward to "cleaning day" it's great to come home to a fresh smelling house and our cleaning lady clearly has OCD, much like myself, because everything is organised and neat when we arrive home.
We have used other cleaning services in the past and never really felt we were getting value for money. Absolute Domestics is affordable and we feel we definitely get our money's worth.

Avoid at all costs. After trying to scam us into upgrading to an industrial clean that we did not need, spent 15 minutes half cleaning three bedrooms, and a landing. No vacuuming or ore treatment. Then as we were outside of the 24 hour complaint time, we didn't have a leg to stand on and were spoken to like children by manager.
