great using less electricity to run
Great fan love the less noise and circulates more cool air,with the use of less electricity to run it.Better height as it is shorter from ceiling to fan than our last one and we get tall people visiting. .Colour is great too as you don't see the dirty edges of the blades after being in use

Our arlec dcf2027 has gone crazy, remote control is no longer working, when attempting to use it, all green lights come on and ceiling light does not turn off. I will appreciate assistance and find solution to my problem.

Ours does not have a light suggest that you contact the Manufacturers as they may have a solution

cannot turn the fan off with remote pushing any button just turns on all leds on remote
