I have been a customer of ASC for a couple of years now. Always thought the customer service was great. However I believe that the costs associated with treatments are becoming excessive. I wish my pay packet reflected the increase in costs that the treatments are now costing. Will need to reduce my visits there accordingly.

I had my first treatment and was super nervous but Lizzie at Tweed City was so lovely & put me at ease, gave me all the information I needed to calm my nerves & I am so happy with the service provided by her.

I have got to know my clinician well now. No matter what treatment I am having she always relaxes me before, talks me through the treatment. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the treatments are amazing.

Lizzie from Tweed Heads Clinic is the most amazing clinician I have ever had. I have had Lizzie for both laser and microdermabrasion and she is so gentle, calm, offers advice. She tells me everything she is doing before she does it. She makes me feel so happy in the skin i am in that due to her I have a renewed confidence in myself. Lizzie is an asset to the Tweed clinic .

She not only does her job to a high level of professionalism but also makes makes sure you are comfortable & informed about the procedures. I trust in her advice. Also, she is very personable & she remembers details about me that clearly show she is an attentive listener. This encourages me to want to return which I have over the last 18 months for a number of body parts to be lasered. As a Senior I look back at all the wasted years shaving & waxing & wished I had converted earlier.
