The replacement case has made this brilliant little camera like new.
mobius cameras have been around for awhile and it is getting harder to get replacement parts

Excellent bike light! Bought one for me 6 months ago and used it loads since then over winter. Really useful on deserted lanes where the light shows everything. Handy in town too on the lowest setting. The battery lasts forever and it's easy to recharge via the USB-C connector (no more working out which way round to put the plug!). Very solid build and has survived various rain storms without issues.

I've bought two phones from Banggood over the COVID period and have had zero issues. Their products come quicker and in better packaging than things that I buy from Australian outlets.

They sent me the wrong product and have not responded to my request to remedy the situation. I ordered an anoijie water bottle holder. They sent me a fold out chair. I have no use for a fold out chair.

Banggood sent me the wrong product and I proved this to them with a detailed description and pictures, after this they took the product page offline. Two weeks after daily communication they still refused to refund me and I had to open a PayPal dispute. banggood then agreed to give me a refund after closing the PayPal dispute, I naively did so and they have not refunded me.

My advise is to not shop with banggood and if you must and have problems do not close your PayPal dispute, they can’t be trusted.

Item works to a great standard. Had a little problem changing Jaws for the first time. some simple diagrams would have helped. (small problem)

I bought a torch and have to say I am pleased with the value for money it is a robust unit.

The website works well, the process with smooth.

product arrived much earlier and faster than expected or as stated by Banggood. Item received in 8 days flat Excellent.

In Dec 2020 I purchased a $500 Teclast laptop for my daughter.
In Feb 2021 the battery failed. A full charge only lasted about a minute.
The laptop does not stay on when charging with the provided USB-C charger.
When I applied for a repair under the stated 1Y warranty they refused and instead offered $200 credit.
Since then I have been on contact with them many times with numerous videos showing the problem but they simply refuse to honor the warranty.

There warranty means *nothing*. I did nothing wrong, they sold me a defective product and they lied about it having any warranty.

The item description I paid for clearly says this was the upgraded version of WL Toys 124017.
This is NOT what I received today !!!

I received the older faulty version with older 3400KV motor, older 27 Tooth Pinion Gear, Older style (GOLD Colored) motor mount for the above combo, and the older style Transmitter.
This is False advertising or a mistake that is not being corrected, plain and simple.

I did NOT and would NOT have purchased the original version due to the NUMEROUS YouTube video reviews online showing the original version had cogging issues and transmitter Range issues.
I never purchase a product like this until I have done thorough research and reviews so this is very disappointing....

I have ordered a number of woodworking hand tools and have been very satisfied with the quality and accuracy of the tools. A number of these were overseas shipments that took long, but I see now that I can order many of the items from the US (faster ship times).

They sent me a used, damaged, worn and broken plane that my disabled 14 year old son with cancer saved up for. I sent them many detailed photos and asked for a return or partial refund. They wanted my sick and disabled son to provide further proof by making youtube videos on the internet about it. I did that and they then deleted them and refused to respond or acknowledge any of our messages for weeks. My son cried, his mother cried. I made a review of the product on their website. They deleted it with 10 minutes. They are scammers and will take your money and send you used and broken products and wont refund or respond to your complaints.

When I purchased the item it showed it with 2 Batteries and when it arrived went back and checked and the fine print stated Battery 0/1/2 and was not able to select. when item arrived with no batteries, when back to site to see if I could buy a battery only to find they are no Listed

Easy to order. Item did not work. No instructions or installation help for this item. Not sure I'd order again.

I had multiple issues with shipping times. They are extremely long. One time the shipment took three months as the shipper didn’t pay for shipping costs in addition he wrote shipping details wrong which made the shipment returned to the shipper in the mean time banggood refused to refund me so i disputed the transaction on paypal who refunded me immediately. It is a time wasting if you need soon.

The camera worked great for one hour, then froze and locked up while I was on an important Zoom presentation.

I ordered a replacement from Amazon. Picture of new replacement.

The product does not project the correct temperature (have moved the outdoor sensor numerous time to various locations) – there is quiet a variance in temperature of 8 to 10deg compared to the weather forecast and the projection is a bit blurry – not crisp. This differs to your product description and is not what I paid for.

The store app is easy to navigate and the range is excellent, very happy with the quality of the products purchased and shipping was fast too.

I ordered this helicopter and decided I wanted some extra batteries, well I tried chat which was useless, kept me waiting and waiting, and got the run around and when I try to ask for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, they offered me a measly 6%. There was this kit which was out of stock where you could order the heli with an extra 3 batteries for only an extra $10. Which I did not see. So I asked about some extra batteries which they have sold out and wanted to charge me $19 each. Which I thought they're having a go at me. When ...

Delivery was fast. But battery is missing. So I can't use the product. I hope this problem will be solved

Please be aware this company offers literally no warranty on any products. Bought an RC car in November and only played a couple of times and it failed. I checked the Reddit forum and Ozbargain and it appears to be a common issue for this particular RC car - just poor quality. Reached out to BG for a resolution and their customer service rep is pretty much like a robot and kept saying it's already out of warranty. This is apparently against the ACL that a brand new electronics goods shall come with some reasonable warranty period - it's absurd that the warranty expires in less than two months for a brand new RC car!!

As their customer service is helpless, I will bring this further to the authorities for a resolution.

Ordered Phone and arrived in perfect order well packaged, and two weeks early so a very happy camper
