I have always found them to be reliable, professional and efficient, and have appreciated their positive moves to be an ethical bank. Since transferring to BA for ethical investment, I've been very happy with their personalized service and prompt response to loan applications and advice on account management. The app was a bit clunky in the early days but after several software updates haven't had any issues. Highly recommend!

We had applied for a simple credit card with minimum credit limits and our application was initially rejected.

I understand we were not initially qualified. However, it has been such a ridiculous carry on for weeks. The women who dealt with us just kept calling and asking us the same questions and sending forms. It's written in the initial application form she knew we were disqualified in the first place.

It's such a waste of time and thanks for nothing.

Sonya has provided step by step guidance through the whole lending process and has kept us informed on progress. In fact the whole process and team are fantastic, not just sorting out loan details but the folks setting up the accounts and making us feel welcome. My experience with Bank Australia was great! Todd was so helpful, nothing was an issue for him. Any time I needed some help with a loan, offset account, or credit card account, I would send my inquiry to Todd and he would send it on to the appropriate department. He was always happy to take my calls and was always pleasure to deal with.

We've been with Bank Australia for over 2.5 years, having moved to the bank after the findings of the Banking Royal Commission which was scathing about the bank we had been with previously.
