House was handed back even better than we thought. Perfectly clean and the agent wasn’t able to pick on anything. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for cleaning services.

All staff we dealt with were pleasant and happy to help. Cleaners arrived on time and when we needed a re-clean to satisfy property manager, it was organised quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend BCIC.

Great service and communication. Had them come to do the bond clean and the carpets in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental apartment. Overall a very good clean. There were some marks left on the tiles but they were back to fix it within 24 hours of me letting them know. Many thanks.

The cleaners came Late. Did half the house only and refused to go back. They then asked for a further payment to finish the job!! Never use this company. Terrible customer service. Lazy and completely incompetent. Just a corrupt business.

DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE. Very poor quality clean. The whole second story of the house wasn't cleaned and took over a week to rectify. Horrible communication and customer service.

Having previously always done my own bond cleaning I was very disappointed that I paid a lot of money, only to have to return to the property and do some cleaning myself. BCIC used the excuse ‘we can not guarantee because of the condition’ as a cop out for not doing a thorough job.

I was a bit worried about using a bond cleaning service but these guys are fantastic!! Amazing price for cleaning an entire 3x2!! Clear communication with the cleaners before, during and after the date of clean. Thank you for doing a great job and allowing me to pass my final rent inspection :)

Got a few bond cleaning quotes and these guys were very competitive with price. The booking process was highly efficient and easy, and the cleaner who turned up on the day was polite and he did a great job. Got our bond back no problems. I’ll use these guys again next time for sure.

Apartment 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Lounge living kitchen and Patio. Started virtually on time and finished in the afternoon. Was super clean in every area of the apartment. All windows, glass draws cupboards were spotless.

Moses, our cleaner was the most lovely and pleasant person. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was spotless on a 40 degree day... he did this clean on his own and we had a three bedroom house, no aircon... despite this, he was polite, friendly and very thorough. If it were purely based on our experience with Moses alone, I would 100% recommend BCIC to all my friends and family. We received our bond back in full.

I don't believe I will ever clean another house again after experiencing your professional services at such an affordable price. Your staff achieved in 4 hours what would have taken me 2 days.

These people are crooks. Their clean failed our agent's approval. They turned up 5 hours late. Demanded more money once on the job. Refused to clean anything above 2 metres high or anything that was too dirty despite given an accurate spec. Reported to Office of Fair Trading. Do not use this company! They are scammers.

Not only was the clean atrocious, our house was left unlocked with the doors open from when the cleaners left to when we could get there to check the clean.

Located Perth, I had a 2 bed 2 bath clean in January. They did an average job on the day, didn’t seam to clean any soap scum in bathroom and leaving balcony windows dirty, etc. Once I received my bond inspection from the real estate I forwarded to the reclean service within 10 minutes. I was never re contacted. 3 emails and 3 phone calls later they have refused to rectify the re clean due to being over 7 days post initial clean. Customer service abrupt and unhelpful. No apology, no refund only an offer to hire further cleaning for more money - what a joke.

Don’t use these cleaners, save yourself some time and hire someone that can actually do the job they were paid to do.

The cleaners went to the wrong address and then showed up 20 minutes late after they called me and asked what time I wanted them there. Because they were running late and I had an appointment, I left the key under the mat. I got a call 10 minutes after they’re later arrival saying things were ‘too dirty’ and the job was cancelled. It was a standard bond clean, I had even vacuumed before they arrived. I called the customer service line and they ‘couldn’t get in touch with the cleaning team’. I went back to the house and they had also broken the rangehood and the repair of that is now coming out of my bond refund. AWFUL.
