Good product to test how patient you are
We bought the machine in September 2017. E2 error happened and fixed in end of 2018 or early of 2022 (I forget the date) under warranty. Now same issue happen again! It’s 100% design or quality issue. And I just notice that I will have 3 years warranty and it’s still in warranty now, if I bought it a month later! I informed Bellini and seems like they don’t honour their product either.
Purchased in September 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for $433.00.

We put all Bellini appliances in our new GF just over 2 years ago. We are currently having dishwasher problems again, is just over 2years old and we have already had the water outlet hose replaced once & now we have to replace it again, trying to contact Bellini, well they don't make it easy, the service people that we were put onto by Bunnings, well don't get me started we have now been waiting 2 weeks to have this hose replaced & we are still waiting!!!!! The service people have given us a price for the new hose, I cannot believe how expensive the hose is, if this happens again it will be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher & get something decent, rather than go through this again. Would I recommend a Bellini Dishwasher, definitely not.

Perfect until it breaks down
Compact dishwasher for my small apartment that worked well for 9 months..then it broke down. They replaced the water inlet filter valve under warranty which was great but now less than a year later it has gone again. More trouble than its worth-should have spent more and got one that keeps working.
Purchased in November 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for $400.00.

Worked well for a year.
This dishwasher is 450 mm wide, so I bought it because my unit is small, and I didn't have a lot of space. It works as well as any dishwasher. The bottom shelf has huge gaps in between the supports, and for the first few months I had it, saucepan handles were always falling through and stopping the lower arm from rotating. I guess like any dishwasher you have to pack it very carefully. Three weeks ago I got an error message, and it was still under warranty, so I did an on line claim. cription what the problem was. Apparently it's a common problem. I'm into my 3rd week waiting for the part to be delivered and installed. The warranty people are being very nice, but it's annoying to have to wait this long for a warranty repair. Otherwise it's okay. Update as at 21 June. Bellini never bothered to follow up on my warranty claim, so I took the unit back to Bunnings and got a new one.Purchased in March 2021 at Bunnings for $450.00.

Purchased a BDW96 from Bunnings Melton Vic, Aust about 15 months ago, serial No GD18100668. I am now getting an error code indicating an inlet filter valve problem. I believe this is a warranty issue. I have misplaced the receipt, can Bellini assist me using the serial no as a reference?

Yes, it's a warranty problem. The warranty is for 3 years. You can contact the place where you bought it, and they will track down the receipt for you and reprint it. But you will need to know the exact date you bought it. You'll probably have to wait over a month for a replacement part. Bellini are really slow.
Has it fixed now?
Error 2 refers to Water inlet malfunction, which related to inlet hose & inlet valve or pressure switch etc. As this white dishwasher comes with a aqua stop inlet hose, please ask Bellini help to replace a new aqua stop inlet hose to check if it works or not.
