Refused refund for faulty item
Sold me a $360 fridge that broke down twice in 3 months. Refused a full refund by quoting their "14-day" policy (which is against Australian Consumer Law). A rip off business. Be cautious with this company. Asked for Eftpos or cash payment as they were afraid of a chargeback by credit card companies -- now i know why.
