VERY RUDE - ROCKINGHAM
I would not recommend Betta Electrical ROCKINGHAM, the owner / manager is very rude, it's not the experience I like when parting with my hard earned cash. Good Guys are MUCH nicer and have more stock and a better deal.

DISHONEST COMPANY THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE IS SCAM
I bought a Dyson multifloor upright vaccum cleaner online through Betta. They gave a 5 percent discount coupon WHICH DOESN’T work. After I paid in TOTAL for the order, order number 219925, they cancelled the order without any reason. Now I am 100 dollars short thanks to Oxypay and no order. I will be taking them to consumer affairs. It’s the least I can do to such dishonest company without any ETHICS and MORAL VALUES

Villawood abysmal customer service and communication.
Ordered online 3 days ago for a fridge for $1300.
Waited 24 hours, received no correspondence or contact.. as I have an unworking fridge I emailed politely explaining my circumstances and waited another 24 hrs. No response so I called the store to be informed I'm on back order and will be contacted sometime next week..
Emailed head office and the store again.. to be told they were unable to provide a time frame surrounding deliveries as they were completely out of stock.
Due to lack of response affordable alternatives were no longer available.
Will NEVER use again!!

Great customer assistance and pleasure to deal with
I bought a particular airconditioning from Betta Home living online on Monday that was processed by the Rockingham store.
They advised me on the day of purchase that the manufacture of the aircon I bought had closed the factories and were unable to supply the aircon.
Without needing to request I was offered an upgrade to a better brand and better airconditioner that came with more features including wifi for the same price. The difference in price was the new one is $200 higher and the store covered this $200 difference for me. I also ...Read more
got to take advantage of the $150 cashback from the manufacturer. The aircon was delivered on the Thursday. With service like this we will keep coming back. False advertising when they do not price match as advertised. Took our business elsewhere, will not shop locally to be ripped off by the Muswellbrook store.

After service customer care? Sometimes it's included & sometimes you only get it after sending a thousand emails, & countless phone calls. Around June last year Rob from "Betta Electrical" delivered a "BMC, Model:BTWM451" Washing machine to me in Abbotsford around 18.30 hrs. Great I thought to myself. Saturday afternoon approximately 13.35 hrs. By 14.30 hrs, a white van pulls into my street within minutes "Rob" the delivery man from last year was at my front door. Not a tool in hand, but store the crows, he takes the outlet hose, and kinda blows air into it next min the machine is unblocked & motor humming, aftercare ???? This guy, in his early 50's I'd say, is a headset legend on his own time out serving customers & doing the company "BETTA ELECTRICAL" PROUD. So in short, this is by far the best ever aftercare I've ever received from anyone & or company and I'm 43yrs old. Shopping appliances, these guys are it in my option, service perfect 100/100, and the product it's rite up there following "Rob". Refused to replace faulty goods
Refused to replace a washing machine that arrived faulty. Made to wait 3 weeks for a repair. Poor communication had to chase them up multiple times.

Pathetic pass the blame no customer service
The manager of betta electrical at Gatton was not interested at all with helping me after the fact that his sales team provided the wrong item to me (and accused me of not giving the right dimensions) and would not do anything to help me. Basically get everything in writing as you will be provided the wrong item and get no help - he did not give too hoots that we are going to now freeze through winter due to his staff incompetence - they couldn't even pass a phone message onto him. Don't use them if you want honesty and integrity

Very solid online experience
Purchased a soundbar online. Great (cheapest) price which is a great start. Received a call from the store that would deliver within 72hrs and the item was delivered within 5 days which was a solid effort. Also free delivery which was nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was just purely on the fact they could have made the first call a day or so sooner but solid effort non the less!

Most incompetent company I’ve ever encountered
Ordered some headphones and went to local store to collect, only to be told said store doesn’t even sell headphones.
Ended up being offered colours I didn’t want as the model I wanted was unavailable and not stated as such online. I informed them I could have bought the other colours for $60 less and they wouldn’t honour their own ‘price match guarantee’.

I will never shop at betta electrical again
About 18 months ago i purchased a fridge, washing machine, drier, tv and other bits n pieces from your store in raymond terrace.
I have been in that store twice since then and each time I was treated with total disregard.
The male store manager could not have been less interested in my queries.
Each time I have been into your store he treats me like he has more important stuff to do.
As a result, I have been into your store and walked out feeling bad, and not spent a cent.
I am a white male with long hair and a big moustache, I worked for betta electrical in NZ so wanted to support the company here in Aus. But with a complete idiot running your raymond terrace branch.
I will not be going back to that store.

Misleading online ordering
It is terrible to shop in with BETTA especially online. It is very misleading as the website does not know if the store where you select your order pick up has it in stock or not.. it will let you complete purchase and you will find out later on that none of the stores around the area has your item in stock.. very disappointing..

We have shopped at Victor Harbor Betta for years. Over this time is have bought all sorts of elecrtricals from fridges to air conditioners. We are currently waiting on an air conditioner which is being ordered.
All staff have been pleasant but Krystal really stands out. She is the one who always returns calls and communicates actively with suppliers and then lets us know the result. We have really valued her service and would always try and deal with her when purchasing other items.

They sell products online even though they don't have them in stock
I bought a Kambrook fan from this store, they took my payment and told me that in 5 days I would get the fan. Four days after I get a call saying that they actually didn't have it in stock, and therefor could not deliver, even though they took my payment. I have my in laws with me, and we needed a fan urgently, and there were we... waiting for the fan for 4 days before they decided to let me know that they couldn't deliver what was already purchased for them. Terrible service. I won't be buying again from this store and i recommend that if you're looking to buy from this store, you should avoid it. Worst service.

Isnt it the responsibility of installer of large electric appliances to remove packaging from house? Not leaving it there for customer to have to try and dispose of. To big for council bins.

Yes it is they should have done it for you
I think that this negotiable, there is no consumer law that says packaging must be removed by the installer. It's just bad manners really. I would ask do you remove packaging and my guess is rather than lose customers the seller will agree to remove. I have noticed that some sellers make the removal of packaging, cleaning up after themselves, a selling point. Some will even remove your old bed when they deliver your new one.
It would depend on what was in the invoice/website details..TOO
