Worst experience ever with a Body Corporate. In six years there has not been one thing they have done well. Always problems, forever following up and still things don’t happen. Forget customer service, it does not exist! I sold my apartment managed by BCSG in Oct and still waiting on them so part of my settlement funds can be released. Forever chasing and no response. Do not use them, spend your money elsewhere.

We are new tenants trying to connect nbn and need to gain access to the MDF for the technician. As such, we've tried to reach our building manager for over 2 weeks now but have had no response from mutliple emails. When we called the office, we were assured a response twice but this did not happen. We've had to reschedule mutliple technician appointments as a result.

Edit: they finally contacted us and they said they didn't know where the MDF was and that the nbn technician would know how to gain access to it... no, that's not their responsibility, the building manager should know where it is and how to access it. We still want nbn installed but this is just impossible.

Jessica P has looked after our Property for eighteen months. She helped us navigate and action a major work in 2022 as well as managing day to day issues. Jessica is articulate, efficient and prompt in replying to our queries. She’s first-rate!

Stay away!! I have never experienced such an incompetent bunch of people!! Our lots have been passed and passed through a variety of managers and each is as useless as the other. Fail to attend to simple requests, take forever to respond to requests, like what are we paying you guys for. If I could give them negative stars I would. Have requested contracts numerous times in order to move away from them and they refuse to even provide that.

Jess P has been sensational for our building. She is professional, enthusiastic and and attentive to details. She always returns calls quickly and checks before spending our money. We have had first class AND dreadful management from bcsg in the past, so we know and value quality building managers. Jess P is a star- 3 stars for bcsg, but five stars for Jess P!

In the last 12 months when there has been an issue which has required BCSG to step in Jessica P here in Melbourne has had it actoned and sorted ASAP !

This terrible body-corporate do NOTHING except trim hedges outside our window (which I don't want and have requested so!) meaning we get NO privacy and constantly have our nosy neighbours glaring in our windows.

Very poor customer service. The Chairperson and Secretary actioned more than the manager. Had to follow up multiple times to get any response. Gave 28 days notice of termination however still didnt get the books on time which breached the owners corporation act. The books are also not dated, or in order. Very rude and unprofessional.

Inflated prices for maintenance or outsourced services.
Take days/weeks to respond or do requested tasks from committee. Take over 28 days once terminated to hand over files which is in breach of OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006.

I have placed an order an owners corporation certificate on 16 August with settlement being 6 September. We are now 3 days before settlement and it has now been more than 10 business days which is the maximum time an owners corporation can take to issue an owners corporation certificate and i still do not have my owners corporation certificate which i ordered.

I have emailed them multiple times but these people do not respond.

Poor communication, high quarterly contributions, poor maintenance works, no accountability for misuse of special levy. Jobs not done. Money waisted on non cost effective jobs and high admin fees charged for inefficiency.

Received SMS on phone about overdue payment, but never received the invoice for TWO WEEKS, gave them a call and turns out they switched the invoice delivery method from post to email WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and of course never notified me about the change either. All that just to save costs of a couple of sheets of A4? Not impressed.

In short, incompetent management hiring equally incompetent staff, would rate 0 stars if I could, like every fellow disgruntled reviewers here.

I have written to Body Corporate Strata Group on two previous occasions and today again regarding an issue regarding trees. I have had no response.

It would be great if someone could look at my issue

I wouldn’t hire this company to manage anything, they’re terrible at their jobs! No communication, they don’t follow up anything, there’s no consistency. We’ve been waiting for water meters to be fixed for years!! Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves. A total disappointment. Wish I could give zero stars.

They literally don’t do anything to maintain the buildings they are being paid to service. With building I’m living in they inconsistently come to pick up the rubbish. Right now our rubbish room has not been cleared for 3 weeks. There is rubbish and flies everywhere, you literally cannot even walk in there or open the door properly with all the rubbish in there.

I wonder how the managers would like to live like this!! Appalling conditions!! Also they never email or call you back!! Truly pathetic.

Please avoid this company at all costs! The managers do nothing to manage your property.

A truly disgusting company that doesn’t service clients at all.

It’s been 5 months living with water damaged floorboards.
No return phone calls, despite leaving constant messages. Always told the person is “in a meeting”.
No return emails.
And when I do get a hold of her she says she will call back- and doesn’t.

Absolutely terrible service.
Why do we even pay body corporate fees when nothing is been done!!
Extremely disappointed.

We changed OC managers away from BCSG last year however three lot owners had paid their dues early.
BCSG have been contacted by our new OC managers several times to transfer these payments with no response, so at our last AGM it will be put in the hands of our solicitors. So all the poor reviews of this group are warranted.
