Multiple important documents lost, contractor bills overpaid at owners cost, rude and poor customer service.
Major mistakes leaving all owners out of pocket by thousands of dollars. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. If your looking for a decent body corporate manager, than please look elsewhere! I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Thank you for not sending an 87 year old man who has never missed a bill in his life to the hospital.
His address was updated & confirmed by you and you never sent him his mail to pay the body corp fee (which is for an investment property & the tenant pays).
Thank you for taking him to vcat and referring it to your lawyers.
The stress has severely distressed him and he was put in hospital.

I carried out a job at their Caroline springs location on the 11/08/2017 and the Invoice was given it’s been close to a year now they have not paid the Invoice. Several emails have been sent to them and they keep promising to pay but no payment is made. I am sick and tired of chasing them. How can this organisation be trusted by others who work for them. This is a violation of honest business ethics. I want to warn people out there to be careful of this organisation.

When they bought our previews body corp, we didn't have a say if we wanted this body corp, we just got HIT with email and paper work.. :\, i have to leave my work to go to "meeting". Meeting places are TERRIBLE, i called 1 location to get paper work for my unit and they told me to call other location... etc i called 3 of them and at the end it come back to the start .... REALLY!!! You take our money on time but when it comes to my work no one cares.... i would put no stars if possible.
I'm so glad i didn't not deal with body corp for long time. I hope i do not deal with this body corp in the future. :)

Keilor East branch - Our property manager is very inefficient and extremely slow when actioning something. They just charge you but conveniently ignores to deliver the service. Communication with them is extremely frustrating. Avoid at any cost.

This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with, was handed them by default as our old company got sold out. They never return calls or emails and take forever to do anything and even then its not right, but they soon send out your fee notice when its due. I cant wait to get away from them. Too bad if anything urgent comes up that needs fixing.

Do yourself a favor and leave this incompetent firm as quickly as possible. We had the displeasure of dealing with the Glen Iris / Hawthorn office. Completely incompetent with with the worst service to their clients (by worst I mean non-existent), never responded to emails or returned phone calls. We also lost count of the number of managers that were assigned to our property. Best move we made was taking our business elsewhere. I have no idea what we were paying for, they did NOTHING! Avoid this bunch of clowns!

And their generic response to ALL 38 complaints is as infuriating as their non-existent client service, if they cared so much about their reputation they would have done something about it by now...

Our Owners Corporation was locked into a three year contract via the complex developer. Once a committee was established and commenced our dealings with BCSG, it did not take long to realize that all that they stated they will do for us as their client, it could not have been further from the truth. With our contract now finished with them, and having appointed another manager, we are finding out what real management / service is all about.
Could not offer BCSG a recommendation to any Owners Corporation.

I called this body corporate for a simple request as they specified that they wanted to speak to me and the representative was name calling the tech we had on site! I have never in my professional working life come across anyone with this kind of attitude on the first instance.

One of the most incompetent body corporate managers I have ever dealt with. [name removed] from the hawthorn office in particular is completely useless. Took over 3 months to transfer body corp after I had sold my property. Kept getting invoices sent out to me.

Communication, transparency and competence of this firm are some of the worst I've ever seen.

Take your property management issues somewhere else.

Apartment floods. It takes them over a month of hostile emails back and forth just to get the insurer to come visit and provide an assessment. Fail to provide any assistance whatsoever. Complete incompetence. Will ensure this matter is heard at VCAT.
