    NOT IDEAL

    published

Use it on hard floors and carpet. Ok on hard floors but the brushes don't always rotate and I have cleared any possible blockages. The hand held tool is useful though for stairs and "bits" on the floor. Easy to empty. Fortunately I have mostly hard floors! Just replaced it with a Dyson but will keep the Bosch for the hand held function.

    Should have been tested first

    published

Fortunately not a lot but it is carpet with a descent pile so cannot push it you can only pull it backwards it's ok on hard surfaces though and the suction seems fine but who on earth tried and tested this for you like this cleaner they should replaced. Don't think you will reply to this just like all the others who have said the same it's no good on carpet

Better than I thought it would be

    published

Cordless but still has plenty of suck when used like a normal vacuum. Not so good when you take the hand held part away. But I think that is more of the design of the hole it sucks through. It works great as a push vac.

Charge station is a breeze, keeps it charged so we can use it frequently. Handle folds in half so it can be put under a bench too. It's not designed to do a whole house in one go. We have a main vacuum for that. But this manages all the tiled area really well. Easy to maneuver with a good swivel head.

The 'bin' is quite small but easy to empty. It's surprising how much lint and dust gets sucked up as it is all visible.

    Ideal!

    published

Bought this for my smallish work living quarters that has low grade/profile carpeting. I have no storage space for a larger unit. I find it easy to use, easy to keep clean and easy to store. Basically, no hassles and it does what it is designed to do. I do keep the filter clean for maximum performance after each daily use. For larger jobs, I have to use the company equipment but that only happens twice a year. I will be purchasing one of these 2in1's when I return to the states (or buy a compatible power transformer for use on 110v)!

    I am happy with mine

    published

Does what it is supposed to do, I am very happy with mine, I bought it November 2015 and it has not missed a beat.
I use it for small clean ups or a quick clean in the kitchen or bathroom as it is much easier and lighter than bringing out the big vacuum cleaner - good on carpets as well.
I am very happy with the overall performance.

Worst product I bought. Waste of money.

Worst product I have bought. Was happy when I saw it in store suction seemed to be good. Really good on my back and easy to use. After a few months didn't have much suction. Have to empty filters about 3-4 times every use. Put up with it for long enough and am over it now. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

    Handy dandy

    published

For the occasional clean ups, and versatility of the removable hand held vacuum, this is a good option. Not as strong as a barrel vacuum but for its type it is pretty darned useful. It has a decent motor and vacuum suction, it's manoeuverable and very easy to place back on the charger. Quick and easy to store and to use. Well designed, overall.

Over a year later and still going great! Really pleased. Mine deals with a lot of pet fur so I clean out the roller brush often, but once that's done it's back to being a great workhorse!

    HI Lee,
The vacuum stands up in the charger. So, ensure the charger is plugged in (power pack plugs into the side of the stand) so when you stand your vacuum back on its stand it should light up with a blue light.

How long do i charge it and how do i know its fully charged?

I usually leave it to charge for 3-4 hours to make sure I have a full charge, most days I will switch it on and just leave it, especially if people are coming over with kids and I know I will be using it a lot.
The light will not change colour when it is fully charged but I have found it will hold a full charge for a couple of days, so after each use I just plug it in and leave it to recharge for a while before I unplug it, I never leave it charging 24/7 there is no need.
    Hope this helps you.
