My power supply is not charging. I contacted several suppliers but none have answered back. Can you give me a reliable supplier so that I can purchase a charger to start using the Bosch Keo Li-Ion Cordless Pruning saw? Thanks for your help. Carmel.

Hi Ray,
The Keo 10.8V saw comes with an integrated battery. If you’re finding the tool isn’t powered, it’s worth checking the end of the charger that plugs into the tool and making sure the pins are aligned. If they are bent it’s possible the charger has been damaged. Otherwise, what happens when you plug in the charger? It’s charging when the light flashes green (more info on charging in the included manual).
If the charger seems fine, other factors that might weigh in are the age of the tool and how frequently it’s been used. It’s hard to say for sure what the issue is without being able to assess it.
If the tool was bought recently you can take it back to the place of purchase with your receipt, or if you’d prefer, you can take your tool and charger in for assessment at one of our Authorised Service Dealers. They will be able to test and find out what the issue is and offer the next steps.

Thanks for getting back Hayley my saw is about 8 years old and when I’m trying to charge it nothing flashes on at all and when I press the saw to go on a red light comes on and dies.It isn’t holding its charge at all even after 3 hours of charging time

Hi Ray,
It's impossible to say for sure what the issue is without being able to assess the tool, however if your tool is 8 years old then its possible the tool or charger is used/had general wear and tear.
If you've tried all the troubleshooting in the manual, then you could take it to one of our Service Agents to get it repaired or to get a replacement part. The details are in my comment above.
Let me know how you go or if you're still having issues afterwards!
Cheers, Hayley.

Bunnings have deleted your cordless pruning saw. where else in Perth may we be lucky enough to purchase one? Thank you

I live in NSW and have no idea where the Bosch Keo might be bought in Perth, especially as Bunnings appears to be the lead supplier. You may want to contact Bosch Australia to identify an alternative supplier in your area. Basically, the Keo is a light weight battery powered reciprocating saw. There are several other similar saws available on the market. While the Keo was designed for and marketed to gardeners, you may find that some of the alternatives could be used in the same way in addition to the handyman / builder market for which they were designed. Ask your local supplier for their advice and recommendations. The good people at Bunnings would be a good starting point.
I bought mine online from a hardware store on e-bay. Some online stores and e-bay stores might still have some in stock.

I have a Keo which provides one blade. Can the various blades be purchased as separate items? I understand that the "Keo Set" comes with extra blades.

You can buy blades from other manufacturers as long as they are made to fit the Keo. I have various blades and bought 5 pruning blades in a pack on special as well as a mixed set by Bosch.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please send me prices,
do you have any factory specials as I cannot afford the full price.. I am over 70 and have a large garden which I try to keep in shape but sawing with a hand saw is too tiring for me now I am sorry to say.
Thank you,
I await your reply,
Jane.
