We had a Water Wizard10P unit installed six weeks ago. Water temperature fluctuates from hot to cold. When hot water turned on the pilot runs brightly but gradually reduces and water runs cool to cold. Expected better as our previous Bosc unit gave us 14 years of service.
Just moved few days ago cannot get 'stop' button to come out to normal position.
Did the WD40 silicone trick as shown on YouTube. So cannot light pilot at all!
Cold showers.
I have purchased a property with a Bosh 10p HWS. The property has been vacant for 8months. The only two Gas appliances at the property are gas hot plates and the HWS. The only gas being used on the property is the pilot light on the HWS - the quarterly gas bills have been $70.00 for each quarter. This seems a lot for just the pilot light burning. Any suggestions please?

This is your connection fee from your gas company - you pay $70 a quarter even if you don't use any gas.
I can get a pilot light but when I release the button the light goes out. The pilot light won't stay on. any ideas?
Look up the side on the sleave you will see a sensor. Are both the wires connected?
The pilot needs to warm itself up for a while. Keep the button held in for about a minute until you see the colour of the flame change, then release slowly. If it goes out, try again. I'm no expert...
Read more but I think the warmth of the pilot might actually draw that little bit of gas that keeps it going. No warmth = no draw?
Can I get replacement for dysfunctional 10p?
Bosch should declare 10p obsolete model and request all installers to stop selling. It's getting beyond the joke.

I have a Bosch 10p. Hot water service. It used to deliver piping hot water very reliably. However, over the last couple of weeks the temperature of the hot water it produces has fallen. now it is little more than tepid from the shower. Strangely enough, it seems to come out hotter from the laundry tap than it does from the shower.
What do you think could be the cause?
Sorry, I have no idea! I don't understand the first thing about them. Depending on how long you have had it, it may still be under warranty, so I suggest you ask Bosch. Be wary about getting a Bosch t...
