After looking around for ages for a cheaper machine I decided to go for this unit. I have to say its faultless and quite surprising in its ease of operation and how quiet it runs. Its nice on my delicate clothes as well and my wife even likes using it! Thanks to the knowledgable sales people who pointed me in the right direction.

The washing machine stopped working even after less than a year of use. It was still under warranty but the service turn over time is very long. Trusted this brand as we were told that it is an award winning brand but it gives us nothing but frustrations and disappointments.

Washes quietly, does a good job. Make sure you get all your coins out or you will block your filter. The filter design is absolutely atrocious. If a coin or stray hair clip gets into it you can't open it and the entire bottom of the machine needs to be pulled a part. The filter is a barrel design and requires you to turn 360 degrees to get it out. If a redesign is not forth coming in the future. I would not purchase this machine again.

My first front load machine as recommended by my beast friend, this was $1599 down to $959 with free shipping from David Jones in January. Very happy with the size, look and the delivery and installation. Quiet when in function, child lock is available and menu are pretty straight forward. Good reliable brand, will recommend.

Yay We love this washing machine. We wash cloth nappies and always comes out clean and no smell. It's not noisy and has a child lock which is very good.

We have Bosch washing machine and dyer. Excellent in operation. Not noisy. Child lock is available. We bought it 4 years ago. so far so good. It does a very good job.

I had a LG front loader before the Bosch and was not impressed. Love the quick wash function and the fact that I can open the door if I have forgotten to put something in. This feature has not been available on any other of the front loaders I have owned.

I really like how much clothes it can wash at a time, it’s not very loud which Is great! Price was reasonable, worth the money. It washes delicates well so great

I just bought a new WAW28460AU from David Jones. I checked everywhere in the box and machine, and can't find water supply hose. I contacted David Jones and Bosch, they said they have to take 2-3 business days to investigate this problem. I can't believe Bosch can make this mistake. And I have to wait for 2-3 weeks to delivery after they contact me if Bosch has this part.

Good for dark,light,woolen,cotton,sports clothes. Great capacity and quite. Alarm beeps once done. Functions display screen pretty much describes everything. I operate it twice a week and is working very good for me. Clothes are handled gently and color remain intact.

I thought buying into a top tiered brand would last longer then 3 years. A terrific quality wash ever time. However, the function display screen is died Thursday, gone because an insect (cockroach) Qld, decided to play behind it. $500 to replace the part is crazy for a machine costing $970. I hate being pushed for extended warranty on every appliance I’ve brought now; but this has to be considered cost effective if manufacturers are using a lot more electronic components and not effectively sealing these essential fittings. Cockroaches can withstand nuclear disaster. My Bosch can’t survive a cockroach, it’s disappointing. I really loved this mashine but I’ll have to go back to top loader push button components.

This machine is amazingly water economical. Living in a drought area, we're only allowed 120L per person each day. The Bosch is so quiet I can't hear it running from upstairs. It weighs the washing and has heaps of cycles. Yesterday I loaded it up with sheets, towels, clothing etc on a mixed load after struggling with an old washer for months and sat down and watched the full cycle. It was better than TV and no ads. The 8K size means I can wash my bedspread at home and not have to go to the Laundromat. Wash day is no longer an ordeal.
