Strange how only the 5 star reviews get responded to & anything less is ignored.Customer service is poor if you are having a problem with your new washer,even when paying extra for the Concierge service.

Had for two months now....and received Finish products as part of the promotion. I already use Finish Powerball but the Finish products they sent me actually work even better. I was getting some residue in the cups but the new Finish tabs have eliminated that.

It's easy to stack and the option to fold down some on the racks makes it practical for large pots that I would have previously hand washed.

It's a no thought appliance that does what it's supposed to, with mimimum of fuss or noise.

Would recommend.

Purchased April 2022. Control board failed and was repaired under warranty after 3 months of use. Took 5 weeks to repair. Control board has once again failed at 8 months and now we wait the extended time for the next repair to occur. Very disappointed that we have had to make 2 warranty claims in 8 months. Unacceptable Bosch. This unit should be replaced at your cost. Clearly faulty.

It's a very quiet and power and water efficient dishwasher. It does a good job of washing dishes but has two disadvantages compared to our 20 year old Blanco.
1. It's not easy to stack but that may be a matter of getting used to it. Wine glasses are a problem.
2. It leaves a lot of water on dishes at the end of the cycle, particularly cups with indented bottoms.
Bosch assure me this is normal.
It may be that the trade-off of having something quiet and efficient is to have a poorer performance in some ways compared to a 20 year old unit.

Easily the best dishwasher I’ve owned. Simple to install and use, so quiet you wonder if it is actually going, superb cleaning. High quality all around. Let looks good, quality stainless steel inside, easy to load. Cannot fault it in any way. Purchased from Appliances Online who were also awesome.

This is our 2nd bosch dishwasher we have installed when renovating, both worked flawlessly, easy to use and fits a huge amount of dishes! Would definitely buy again, researched and compared with other brands but kept coming back to Bosch as we have had the same model before and is very good value.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher. My wife and I were so impressed with our previous Bosch dishwasher that it was a no brainer to get this dishwasher. Again no regrets, washes the dishes well, quiet operation, good on water and electricity. Love the cutlery tray, even though it does come with a cutlery basket if you are that way inclined.
However, just remember that all Bosch dishwashers aren't the same. You do get what you pay for i.e. friends of ours purchased the cheapest Bosch dishwasher and weren't 100% happy.
But I reiterate that this particular model is great, and give it 5 stars.

It's a great product and easy as to use. Just have to push a setting and start and away it goes. Love using the easy timer settings. Had it for a few and use it every day. Cleaned out filter but it was still pretty clean. Very energy efficient too.

I purchased this after the old Bosch gave up after 8 years. At first I said I wouldn't buy Bosch again as the old one 'only' lasted 8 years. But then Bosch told me they technically are built to last 5 and after that ur lucky if they keep going! I think you can only award excellent after that period of time! Having said that, the Bosch machines are very quiet. This one does a great job even on the eco and quick settings (which is all i use). The cutlery basket was better on the old one so I swapped it over. Judging by the many reviews on this site I think you can get unlucky or lucky with any brand but overall I would say Bosch are pretty reliable.

We've had this for 2 weeks, very quiet, cleans very well and dries the best I've seen from any dishwasher, even plastics.
Very quiet, we thought the one it replaced was quiet, this is even more so.
Quick wash function, it can do a complete, fairly heavily marked load, in an hour.
Very impressive.

Bosch is my favorite washing machine as it is very durable, never broke down in last two years, very dependable and very friendly with electricity and water saving. It is very silent and very user friendly. The programs are ready to fit any user and can accommodate most of a house hold requirements.

Best Dishwasher I've ever had, tons of setting to change the length of the wash time, I use 45c and Vario which can wash in at 1 hour 15 minutes, the trays can be height adjusted to deal with large dinner plates and pots. The cutlery drawer can handle more than you ever need to wash and they always comes out clean. The machines is very quiet and the delayed start is useful.

Our old Bosch dishwasher died in September. Only lasted 24 years ☺ So another German made Bosch will hopefully last as long. 1 month on and so far so good. Very quiet, very efficient. Easy to use and good programming flexibility. Cleans well ( as expected.) The top cutlery draw is a winner. Main draws have good flexibility for fitting larger items.
