No communication, no product delivered
I ordered a pair of shoes on 14 December and still have not received them on 15 January. No communication at all from them by 6 Jan, so I phoned on 6 January, which at least prompted them to finally send me a receipt for the $72 of my money that they have had since 14 Dec. Tried to phone them today, 15/01/20, went to message bank, which is full so could not even leave a message. If I don't receive my shoes in the next couple of days, I will be demanding my money back.

Don't trust them
I hate writing negative reviews and try to avoid them at all costs. But in this case my attempts top resolve an issue in which these people were at fault have been met with contempt. The sizing on the website was very different to the shoes that I was sent (the shoes were way too big) and the staff, when I finally obtained communication with them, tried to tell me that it was my problem. s their mistake in misrepresenting the size. A Scholl size 10 is equivalent to EU 41 which would fit me. This was published on the website. I was sent a 10 that was marked a 42 wide. It was too big. I tried to contact the staff over a 2 day period. They left me waiting on chat, asked for photos and then did not rely, and when I managed to get them on the phone said it was my fault. The listing did not say that I would be sent the W42. I thought from the listing of all Scholl shoes was, as it said on the website, that a 10 equals a 41 normal size, not a 42 wide. I was told that I could get a refund but not for the postage. This is 'only' a matter of $12.95 but it was their mistake in the listing and this is a matter of principal. Additionally the time I have spent on trying to clear this up due to their bad customer service is annoying!!! I have added pics of sizing advice from the website and the actual shoes that were sent to me. These show the sizing provided by the website, a comparison to a size 10 shoe, and the sizing on the box. They are unwearable. The issue is the website provided the wrong sizing in length and width. The customer service is terrible. I just wanted the problem to be fixed but they tried their very best to ignore my questions and complaint. I sent photos and they did not reply until I called and then they said that it was my fault? So I will have to go through PayPal to obtain a refund because they refuse to refund the shipping even though I was sent the shoes that were different from what I thought that I had purchased. I have bought many shoes from Brand House Direct but never again. Don't be fooled. I they make a mistake the customer has to pay. It is NOT worth it!23 comments

Worst online shopping experience.
Product Review. HA! HA! HA! Have to receive a product to review it. Advertise items they probably don't have. Bad customer service. If you can get through to them. Phone goes to a message saying you can't leave a message because message bank is full. Finally got onto the online chat & told order is now being dispatched. Funny that when I contact I get told that. Still nothing stating that item is being dispatched. LIES, and more LIES. They must think customers are stupid. First & last time I will be buying from them. Buyers beware!!! Do not waste your time & money!!!!!

9 days after ordering and nothing been shipped. Made contact and was told very busy from a sale. Not Impressed with after sales comminucation. Nothing on website saying there are delays with orders. Don't buy if you want your goods sooner rather than later...

9 Jan i rang to inquire, since there was no dispatch, and they advertise 1-4 days.
the 1300 number sent me to a disconnected number with a FULL message bank. my stress levels went through the roof. The landline number listed, also disconnected.
So, i thought i'd been scammed.
Eventually got a chat line, no apologies, she??? thought 9 Jan minus 7 Jan = 4 days.
Got boots today (11 days). Rubbish, rubbish

d for hols. the concept of closing a retail outlet during end of year sales to me is so novel that i would never have guessed. only vague allusions as to when my order might be dispatched. no reason was given for your phone line being DISCONNECTED. a disconnected phone line with a full message bank tells me that a lot of people have tried to phone on a line that doesn't exist for a service that has flown the coop with whatever it could scam. you might consider sitting on this side of that fence for customer perceptions. i came home from work to do this, with that sinking feeling. i was about to call the police in to have the site shut down when i realised paypal doesn't unload my account until a dispatch is in place. so i gave it another 24 hours. it was an experience that i don't ever ever intend repeating 2 pairs of thick socks does the job better than you doLee S.Brand House Direct

Terrible, paid a week ago, still not sent, don't answer emails, don't answer phone.
Paid 6.1.20. Ordered has still not even been processed, today is the 13.1.20. I have emailed, I have rang. No answer. It takes you to a message bank and says"message bank is full". Terrible service, actually no service.

The 7 days is now up and on visiting the website and checking my order, I find that the order hasn't even been prepared for shipping yet. My order number is 307378. What is going on here. As promised, I received an email on 5th February to say my order had been dispatched. My order was received on 7th February. Now this is super fast shipping. The quality of the products ordered were excellent and well packaged. The only slow thing was the time between ordering and shipping which, in my case, was 7 days as part of the time was over a weekend. Other than than that, I am quite pleased with my purchase.
