bI'm a bit disapointed as I have had no reply to my email where my shoes are. I feel that I have been sucked in. They need to improve their service.

We were looking to purchase a like for like replacement for a pair of well worn, good quality sandals. We managed to find them at a sharp price on BHD, so bought 2 pair!

Faulty shoe.
After numerous attempts to contact Brand house direct, I received a “holding” email saying they were contacting supplier.
Followed up a week after the holding email by email and phone, phone line just cuts out after a couple of rings.
I’ve been duped off nearly $90.00

I ordered a pair of shoes of 2 January and another pair on 3 January. I had used this company before and found them quick and efficient. My shoes took a little longer to get here than I was expecting (they arrived this morning 21 January) but it was worth the wait. While I have no issue with Brand Direct, I hate the courier company that they are now using. Their website is a nightmare to navigate, you click on the tab to track your goods and it just doesn't follow any order. Australia Post tracking lets you know when the goods leave the company and you can follow the tracking to delivery.
That aside, my shoes are the right size and really comfortable. So Happy Feet.

Love the shoes, a little snug but other wise great, quality great But took over a week to ship. Very disappointing. If you need your shoes within 2 weeks go elsewhere.

Very stylish for younger feet that want to take care of there feet with wide fitting & high arches. So far so good only worn twice. Could do with more younger looking styles.

Great range to select from, was looking for a colour I couldn't find in any stores and I had a few styles to choose from in that colour. Product arrived quickly once dispatched.

Great range of good quality leather men’s casual shoes, with good discounts at the Boxing Day sales. The shoes were promptly dispatched and arrived in the given timeframe. Will buy from Brand House Direct again.

Replacement shoes for old reliables. These are exactly what I was looking for. Fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. I can finally retire my old pair. New favourites are now here.

Spent some time looking around and placed a few items in cart. Kept looking and after a little while, cart emptied without notice. Tried again following day and same thing happened. Also, if you sort according to preferences and apply filters, once you click on an item, filters get wiped. I find Styletread much easier to navigate.

Shoes are good quality and comfortable. Shipping was delayed for 10 days until I emailed a reminder. Parcel arrived 3 days later. Happy with shoes which are hard to find elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 10 Jan and your tracking says they have not been shipped yet and you have not responded to my email. Please advise the status of my order 301327. Thanks.

I have not received my package yet although i paid extra for express shipping so i thought i'd check out some reviews and it's even stressing me out reading the responses they give. It's exatcly the same over and over again and they will not answer questions. I'm dreading having to deal with them. It'll be worse than dealing with Telstra so i'll be ripping out whatever hair i have left.

While there were a few colours which were not available which is understandable when such a good discount is offered i found two pairs which were very acceptable. They were delivered within the time stated which considering the bushfires was quite surprising and both fit perfectly. I have worn Sketchers for many years but always bought them on my regular visits to the UK but now i can get all i want from Brand House Direct.

Sketchers erath are so comfy when you are on your feet all day walking on concrete floors. The non slip sole is also great.
I wish I got these years ago instead of was time money on other brands that have proved useless. Service and delivery was great. Would definitely purchase again

Very easy to navigate the store and a great range, the quality of the shoes I bought was good but on delivery the shoes were brown and they looked red online ( Redwood Merrill’s ) was the colour, I wanted a red pair of shoes so I will have to colour them now, very disappointing

Scholl shoes appear to be not same as shoes from store.Cheaply made with no or little arch support .Will not be buying from Brand direct again.They are very hard on the sole of your feet
