Respectful breatheasy shopping.
I went directly to store outlet and had excellent service and fitting advice. I left with several bras that fit well. They had basic, pretty and colourful choices to suit any occasion or woman. I will be going back again given my past experience in major department stores was very hit and miss.

This product is amazing as I turned it on I'm like ok so i hit second speed and oh my Lord my legs started to quiver I relaxed my soul left my body within 10 seconds then it came back and my soul left again I was losing control I didn't know who's name to yell out, lucky I'm single right? Sustainable packaging
I ordered off their website a few months ago and when I received it, every item was wrapped in plastic with a coat hanger, with even more packaging filler, everything had been placed in a bigger plastic bag and which had been put in a postage bag. There was so much unnecessary packaging. Fast forward to the present, I had made another order and to my surprise when I open my parcel their was no plastic bags, no coat hangers and no packaging filler. Disgusting online service!
I tried twice to purchase a bra online from Bras ‘n Things. The first time the payment went through fine. I waited days with no further communication. I checked my “promotions” emails even though the original confirmation went to my primary email and I found an email from B n T asking for confirmation within 48 hrs to confirm I am who I say I am as it’s picking up on something fraudulent. Of course those 48 hrs are long gone so I’m automatically refunded the money. Not happy as I had waited at least a week. So I have another go, once again con

I ring their customer service number just to be told it was picked up as fraudulent again but absolutely NO communication from them AT ALL. Ridiculous!!! I do all my shopping online and have never experienced this kind of crap before. So dissatisfied. Never again.

I did a last minute purchase, of items I needed the following weekend, and didn't think it was going to arrive as I'm from a region area and only able to get mail 2 times a week, but they proved me wrong and it came within two day of me ordering. Worst Customer Service
Bras N Things failed to deliver my product to the correct address and would not accept responsibility for their mistake and blamed it on the customer. Afterpay and Fair Trading were declined when requesting a refund and they have completely disregarded Australian Consumer Law. Do not shop here.

Can’t use gift card online
I unfortunately received a gift card for bras n things. I went into the store and they had nothing in my size that wasn’t some god awful colour or wasn’t a push up bra. Went to use the card on line and it says it’s not valid. This is a total scam. The girls in the store were totally unhelpful when I said I just want a plain white or nude bra that is not push up. There was not one in store. Scam.

Quality has gone downhill, inconsistent sizing
Bras N Things is the only bra brand I used to purchase. However, recently their quality has gone really downhill.
They seem to be using a new, low-profile hook and loop closure. After previously having zero problems with the old style closures, it now takes me at least a minute to hook my new bras, since the new closures are very difficult to catch. Who approved this design?? It's crazy and an exercise in frustration. I expect more from $50-70 bras.

No wonder I have such a difficult time finding bras that fit!! I feel that Bras N Things really needs more quality control. If one bra uses stretchier material than another, that needs to be accounted for when the sizes are designated. If you buy "your size," at the very least, the band should fit equally well on all new bras. Am I right? Also, this is just my opinion, but rather than arcane language (for example, what is a "contour bra"?!) BrasnThings should define exactly what these things mean in an easily accessible location on their website. When I first started shopping with them, I had a devil of a time figuring out what a "contour" bra was and how that differed from a push up. (It may be obvious to them but it can be confusing to a new customer.) I also think bras should be sold with at least FIVE rows of hooks. I think the company would be surprised how difficult it is to buy a bra that is "just right" (ie. starts you on the loosest hook). Frequently I buy my standard size and I'm starting on the middle hooks. If I go down a bra size it's too tight (even if I go up a cup size like you're supposed to). If you start using a bra on the middle or last row of hooks and lose a tiny amount of weight your bra will immediately be rendered useless. Or, if you are on the tightest hook and you eat a salty meal your comfortable bra may no longer fit. Most of these issues could be resolved by including a extra few rows of hooks from from the outset.

Hi...Had a horrible experience at Bras N things morley, however the staff at DFO was so good, so friendly.. Giving me time and advising me, what was right for me even though they had other customers around them, managing everyone so well. I went there in the first week of September and this was a pending post for me to give my feed back... I loved it there, the girls were awesome, very friendly and understanding. Lovely staff. Don't loose them Bras N Things... Morley girls were not professional at all. DFO was amazing... ❤️❤️❤️

Bras N Things Bundaberg - Rude staff September !
Have found this several times now when shopping at Bras n things in Hinkler in Bundaberg. The women are so rude, unfriendly and snobby and would not recommend you buy there if you want good customer service truly !

Worst customer service
I went into Liverpool Bras n Things today, I've never had such a poor experience within any store before. The girl who I had approached did not even acknowledge that i was there and I had to ask the girls there multiple times for help and they still told me to wait. I asked if they had my size and they did not bother to check and proceeded to tell me no straight away. They have lost me as a customer thats for sure!!!

Under wire bra poke - easy solution.
Bra hack... if the under wire starts to poke out of your bra then the solution is a fabric Band Aid over the wire poke. Replace each wash. It works.

Brought a lingerie piece through Humm, everything went through, Humm took my payment and then Bras N Things tells me there is no order for me in the system, despite me having proof on Humm and proof money was taken from my bank! Shocking customer service
I could honestly write pages about my experience but ill summarise it. I went in the store to purchase afew sets, was running late for work so didnt have time to try the sets on. I told the store girl. She tried to locate my account and after several unsuccessful attempts i said im in too much of a hurry now dont bother. I had 2 $5 vouchers also. She tried eftpos and the modem was Down. I had to go to another store quickly anyway so i said ill be back in 5 and hopefully its sorted. She said it was working when i returned, but it wasnt.. She was sooo slow at filling out a whole page of stuff, i said is it almost done? She said ill have to call the bank now, i said how long is this going to take? She said actually another 10 minutes. I was like, wtf? I was so upset so i grabbed my card n said ill try come back after work. I was late, it cost me alot of money losing my work and a potential client. I came back after work with cash because i didnt want to go through that again, and again said i was in a hurry. She couldnt find my account again, to add my points on, and didmt apply the $10 discount. I noticed this while looking at the receipt on my way out. It was such a horrible experience and i was fuming, so i emailed the bras n things complaints. They didn't take responsibility or compensate me at all. Not even offer me a small voucher. From that experience and their responce i realised they have no value for their customer. As long as they hit their sales thats all that matters to them. I never want to return to their stores again, there lingerie is poor quality and there's barely any decent ranges anyway.
Poor quality bras
I have been using bras from bras N things for a while. Recently I started to think about changing brands. I have 3 bras with broken wires in the past a few years. I hand wash them or put in a proper wash bag with plastic frames. The wires got broken just after a few months. And also I have bras with wires sticking out, loosen straps just after a short amount of time. Oh and I have an underwear (was a complimentary gift) got broken lace after three times’ of wear. It seems they want us to keep spending money on them by providing low quality products.

Better quality at target or big w
Have brought maybe 7 bras from bras n things in the last year. I am now down to 2 as the quality is awful. I've had straps snap, wire poking through or clips at the back falling off.
I paid around the $80 mark for these bras and had to Bin most of them yet I have a bra from big w that I paid $20 for and is nearing the end of its life after 3 years.!!!

I went into my local Bathurst store today to buy a new bra as the wire in mine had come out after only having it for two months, and usually the bras I get from here are great! Packaging was a satchel with my items placed in a Bras N Things store shopping bag & neatly folded & sealed with a large piece of sticky tape to prevent items coming out of the bag during transit. Paper receipt included inside of the bag with the items. Clothing items of great quality. I purchased: Be Mine floral print satin wrap/gown. Be Mine floral print satin cami. Be Mine floral print satin sleep shorts. Bamboo Shorts in bamboo fabric. Bamboo Tank Tops in bamboo fabric. Customer service over the phone today was exceptional with a query that I had regarding whether my delivery was an authorised safe drop off, or if it required a signature, due to the courier driver insisting that I had to sign for the delivery, even though my Australia Post app showed this delivery as authorised to leave in a Safe Place. The lovely lady from customer service told me that my delivery was indeed authorised as a safe drop off & she is currently looking into this problem for me as to why this driver refused to leave my parcel without my signing. I highly recommend buying from Bras N Things online store. Very happy with my purchases & will definitely be a returning online store customer.- 2
